The food was underwhelming and the service was worse than the food. Ordered a pizza that was like chewing on cardboard and was cold when it came to the table. Both times going to this place I've come away thinking, what a total waste of money. Last visit guaranteed!

We ordered wings for takeout! We like the wings here but you have to sacrifice basic customer service when you order from this restaurant. We got home with our order and realized we were not given the fries that goes with both orders of wings. And the famous dill sauce that comes with every order. We called about the issue and asked if we could come back for the fries. When we got them, it was the smallest box we’ve ever seen with probably 12 fries in it. We got home and still no dipping sauce. I’m this economy you’d think restaurants would try to have an ounce of proper etiquette and customer service to KEEP customers.

Absolutely abysmal experience!!! The floor was LITERALLY covered with food droppings, smashed fries, and crumbs. Didn't notice until we were leaving. Took pics...It was EWE!! Service was HORENDOUS. Ordered a stater salad... an hour later our main meal came... no salad... we never got the salad. I could understand if it was crazy busy but there were 10 tables...10, between 2 servers and a bartender. I worked at a restaurant many years ago and my section was a minimum of 10 tables on a Friday night and it was manageable!! (I told my husband I should get a job there for Fridays & show them how its done!!) Our "waitress" (if she could even be called that) was a no show our entire meal, no "how is everything, want another drink"... NADDA. Finally, I got to-go containers for our COLD SERVED meals (like where was everyone??? They couldn't even Microwave our food to pretend it was just made??? LOL) Sat for 20 minutes waiting for our bill, gave up and went to the hostess stand WITH our take out containers... and, the bar tender comes over WITH menus to SEAT ME!!! Like... seriously??? I... WE will never set food in that place ever again and I hope you do not either.

I love coming here since I was young. But recently I’ve been getting this newer server who repeatedly has been making my alcoholic beverage wrong. I have been getting so drink for years, so you’d think I’d know the appearance and taste. Her response is rude when I brought up my concerns, she states “I put everything that goes in there, that’s what it looks like”. I’ve told her that I’ve been having this drink for years and it usually has a creamy look and taste, which the one she keeps presenting is not. I’ve come again hoping to receive the drink as ordered, but yet again she has made me the drink incorrectly. The other two young ladies who usually run the Bar, ALWAYS make it perfect and maintain consistent taste. I know this girl has been here a few months, but this should be corrected. The lady who has served me today wears glasses. Couldn’t get her name.
Other than this server, this place is amazing and other staff (Britney & others I cannot recall) are so nice and go out of their way to give their customers a wonderful experience.

Ordered BOGO wings with poutines as sides. Received one order of wings and no sides. Called. They said there is no manager on the weekends and took our number to call us back. Still waiting on a call back. We were loyal customers. Will never order again.
Got a St Louis chicken wing poutine with a double whiskey sour. Staff was fast and friendly, the order didn't take long to come out. Will definitely visit this location again.
