I ordered for pickup... Seems if you aren't there to supervise them make it, they put next to no meat. Ordered 2 different ones and almost had to break out magnifying glass to find the steak/chicken
The new colour schemes they went with in all locations is sad and devoid of life.. the good days with the nice warm and colourful vibe helped make it subway. Now the white and green make it look lame and corporate.. would have been good for an Xbox 360 headquarters but not for Subway

I just took a veggie patty sandwich today and i just loved it l, it’s delicious in taste and also staff is too cooperative nd nice in instant response. I just loved this place must visit.
This visit the sandwich lady was more than happy to accommodate my request to prevent gluten cross contamination! Makes me happy when I don't have to feel like a burden going in wanting safe food... like some previous experiences at other Subway around town...
I had a great experience at the Subway in Hanmer! The restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh. Dipal, the employee who helped me, was friendly and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. I really appreciated the quick and excellent service. Definitely a great spot to stop for a delicious and satisfying meal

Absolutely solid experience! Drew is an excellent example of an employee who cares about the service he provides as well as the quality of the food he prepares. If all Subways followed this guys example, a LOT more people would be happy with their purchase. Keep up the amazing work!

Every time I go into the restaurant I feel like they’re getting ready to close. The utensils and the cutting boards are always put away, some food is missing from the fridge. I always feel like I’m interrupting the staff when I go in. It could be 4, 5 or 6 when I go and it’s always the same thing. Food is awesome, just wished I didn’t feel unwelcome.

This location has gone downhill. I don't know if it's new owner but my family and I refuse to eat from here. When ordering we were refused a meat that actually belonged on the specific sub and they don't put much on period, of anything. Very sparse and cheap! I feel like some ingredients have been swapped for cheaper and the veggies don't look fresh at all! Black lettuce and I've heard there are bugs roaming freely. Gross. Won't eat here or Val Caron.

Fantastic subs and great service ?
So, having experienced what most of the negative reviews regarding this particular location are, I decided to call and ask why.My food today tasted ok however, the toppings were so limited I had to question whether or not half of then were even on the sandwich. When I inspected it, I realized they had put about 10 leafs of spinach when the request was for extra spinach. Same with cucumbers, and black olives. The service is sub par at best, and they are rude when you as for more. When asked over the phone why this keeps happening, and why all the Google reviews show the same issue, I was told it's the fault of the old owners giving too much, and that subway is happy with the new servings being given. #subway corporate should look into this, not a good look for the chain.
