Absolutely solid experience! Drew is an excellent example of an employee who cares about the service he provides as well as the quality of the food he prepares. If all Subways followed this guys example, a LOT more people would be happy with their purchase. Keep up the amazing work!

Every time I go into the restaurant I feel like they’re getting ready to close. The utensils and the cutting boards are always put away, some food is missing from the fridge. I always feel like I’m interrupting the staff when I go in. It could be 4, 5 or 6 when I go and it’s always the same thing. Food is awesome, just wished I didn’t feel unwelcome.

This location has gone downhill. I don't know if it's new owner but my family and I refuse to eat from here. When ordering we were refused a meat that actually belonged on the specific sub and they don't put much on period, of anything. Very sparse and cheap! I feel like some ingredients have been swapped for cheaper and the veggies don't look fresh at all! Black lettuce and I've heard there are bugs roaming freely. Gross. Won't eat here or Val Caron.

Fantastic subs and great service ?
So, having experienced what most of the negative reviews regarding this particular location are, I decided to call and ask why.My food today tasted ok however, the toppings were so limited I had to question whether or not half of then were even on the sandwich. When I inspected it, I realized they had put about 10 leafs of spinach when the request was for extra spinach. Same with cucumbers, and black olives. The service is sub par at best, and they are rude when you as for more. When asked over the phone why this keeps happening, and why all the Google reviews show the same issue, I was told it's the fault of the old owners giving too much, and that subway is happy with the new servings being given. #subway corporate should look into this, not a good look for the chain.
Clean got served right away.
Ordered 3 times via the app. Order was right but the ingredients were barely there. especially the meat. Ordered the roasted chicken couldn’t even tell there was chicken on it. The subs weight felt like it was just bread. Cant go back thought it was one time event but last 3 times

really good quality, clean, fresh and friendly staff. I feel like this establishment needs some management or older staff there during the day, most of the staff are young, however for their age it's pretty good.
Used to like this location, but the new management has no clue how to run a customer-facing service- oriented business. Servers have no personality or are afraid of the public. Previous staff they laid off was far more personable. Portions are skimped on, and the tab at the end makes you feel like you're overpaying for their poor product and service.
Last time I ordered here half of the ingredients were wrong and substitute with sub-par ingredients that did not taste good. I will go to the other Subway.
New Owners clearly are trying to save money by giving you half of what you pay for. Purchased a salad today and the container is half full. Compared to the old owners it is disappointing will never eat here again.
