I don't go very much anymore because the service is so terrible and the food is less than tasty. Today the lineup was so long that I decided to go into the restaurant. They won't even take your order anymore. There are automated kiosks that you have to place your order at. There are so many seniors in this area it's going to be an absolute disaster. The disaster that Tim Hortons has become. Shame on you guys for destroying a Canadian brand like this.

During the Week in the mornings, i always get greeted by Brenda AKA Smily with a smile. She always says hi beautiful or Sweetie. My orders are usually ready and in a tray which i don't have to ask anymore as I'm there every morning. I sure miss her on weekends though she deserves her time off.

All depends when you go. When I go during the week The ladies, sometimes guys are lovely. I have never received a wrong order and it always tastes great. The weekend. thats another story (Unless Erika, is the one helping me, Amazing). They seem more product line, than customer service and more times than not order is wrong.
