All depends when you go. When I go during the week The ladies, sometimes guys are lovely. I have never received a wrong order and it always tastes great. The weekend. thats another story (Unless Erika, is the one helping me, Amazing). They seem more product line, than customer service and more times than not order is wrong.

not sure when customers standing at front counter became less important than drive through clients. Seems to be the trend with all fast food restaurants now. Would also be nice if employees didn't seem so annoyed with having to serve you

This is consistently one of the worst locations. Always extremely slow, orders are often wrong, staff seem to be lacking training.
Since the new renovations things have gotten Very slow! Always only 1 person on front cash. At least 5 cars were served in drive through before I got served.
