Walked in, door chimed. I stood at the counter probably for 4 minutes waiting. It's almost as if no one was there. The employee was there however, leaning on the drive thru window counter texting on her phone but facing me. I stood staring at her for a minute. She only noticed me when I deliberately cleared my throat. Hands completely painted in those henna tattoos so I'm more than a little concerned about contaminated food as gloves were not donned. Took my order at a great strain, she had no idea how to work the till. The breakfast wraps I ordered? Barely put together, falling apart. I suppose that's how this country operates now, to hire the cheapest most unqualified help only because they're related to the owners or they speak the same language. Shame. I blame politics that this owner is allowed to get away with it. Needless to say i will not return. Worst 14 dollars ever spent at a and w. The original creators of this chain would cry at their creation.
