Very bad customer service, the indian lady was just standing and ignoring the customer. I wait for 10 to 15 mins but she didnt take the order.

Absolutely disgusting I found a hair in my food who ever made that sandwich also put onions and lettuce in it which I didn’t ask for ,they also gave me no cheese and on top of all that they gave me half a patty please never order from here.

Oh dear my McDonalds. A let down this time.
McDonald’s is usually a 5-star experience for me, but this location let me down. I ordered a decaf coffee from Hamilton to drink on my way to Fonthill, and I was really looking forward to a nice, hot cup of coffee. Unfortunately, the coffee was cold, and partway through drinking it, I started noticing coffee grounds in my mouth.
This wasn’t the first time I’ve had issues with decaf at this location . it’s often served cold and seems to lack the usual care McDonald’s puts into their coffee. Being on a time crunch, I couldn’t go back to address the issue, so I ended up drinking some of it out of necessity. However, the experience was far from enjoyable.
I hope this location improves their decaf preparation, as I’ve always appreciated McDonald’s for its consistency and quality.

The delay 😱😱😱😱 omg
I placed a delivery order 30 min ago & thanks to your staff, they don’t know how to bag an order. Maybe hire staff that can actually read an order and bag, missing my 2 orders of nuggets & fries, didn’t even send the toy/book with the happy meal, what is wrong reading a special order.

Bad experience! Had just ordered a medium coffee, smiling as I gave her the money. She didn't seem happy so I asked her how her day was going and she pretended she didn't hear me (picking on her nail). Okay, we all have bad days, then I saw my coffee being made and the person making the coffee asked the teller for cream and she pretty much said "oh there is cream in the cup, use that up". I am sure she was the shift manager or person in charge at the time i was there! For a double double my coffee was bitter and she mixed 2 pots of coffee. Was regretting why I spent my money there! Was so disappointed!

This morning, at around 9 a.m., I ordered two coffees, both with milk and sugar. While one guy began to make the coffees, another worker approached him to have a conversation. Even though I had to wait 2 minutes for the coffees to be made, I didn't suspect anything was wrong until I got to the car, and my wife and I tried them. I guess he got so distracted that he forgot to put milk and sugar in my coffee. My wife's was fine.
We weren't able to enjoy our shopping this morning together with the kids.
This location really needs some improvements before we come back again!

I went here and was served by a lovely energetic lady who made my day alittle bit better. She was super friendly I wish I got her name. I'm most certainly coming back for the service. The only thing this store needs to do is put a little more priority into keeping the tables clean
