I visited McDonald's yesterday and had a delightful experience with a lovely lady. When I requested warm water, she went above and beyond by offering me the choice between hot and slightly warm. To top it off, she even inquired about my preferred size. Exceptional service that turned a simple request into a personalized touch!

This place is convenient if your grocery shopping and decide to pick up some food on your way out but the place is small and they don't have "special" things like milkshakes and ice coffee or they don't have enough cheese for a burger.

Told the lady to give me a large sprite three times to she gave me a large fries when I told her I asked for a fries she said I already charged you for the fries so I bought the drink anyways she made me pay . Please train you workers English since they need to

I used to like this place. But today (March 21) I saw a cashier girl packing cheeseburgers for me without gloves, with her bare hands. Before that, she gave money to another buyer and her hands were not clean. I made a remark to her, but she pretended not to hear, and then said that she did not have gloves. I took the cheeseburgers and didn't start a fight. But I will never visit this place again.

Just speechless, they don’t have the items on the menu and just keep forgetting order items, I mean what can you do bruh, just two burgers, one large fries, and 10 nuggets. You can’t even finish that and miss my second burger? Just call ur company and get some staff training Jesus

Horrible service. Asked to get a filet o fish meal with the app and they said they don’t have filet o fish, couldn’t substitute, and I couldn’t use the app. The manger asked asked me to go to another McDonald’s to use the app!

What McDonald's does not have wraps, seriously. Also the employees look lost. It's very bad and for that reaaon this location gets a one star. Very disappointing.The employees should feel lucky they have a job and if they don't like their job than don't work in customer service environment. Also, McDonald's should have never run oit of wraps unless there is a shortage around the globe.
