Redeemed themselves after first visit; gave them a 2nd chance; however, the music is WAY TOO LOUD and obnoxious making it incredibly difficult to understand servers who speak very softly...otherwise, today's order was exactly what was ordered and prepared well

Osmow's Hannon location is a very clean and friendly place. My son and I were greeted by Hifza, who was extremely friendly and patient as we decided on our menu choices. We ordered an Oz box, and the food was delicious, fresh, and filling. I would definitely return to eat at this establishment again.
