I had an amazing experience at the Popeyes on Real Rd. East in Hamilton. The service here is truly exceptionalâfast, friendly, and attentive. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect, and they greeted me with genuine smiles from the moment I walked in.
Not only was the food fresh, hot, and exactly as expected, but the team also made me feel valued as a customer. Itâs rare to find such consistent, positive service at a fast-food restaurant, but this location really stands out.

Absolutely horrible experience at this Popeyes location. I ordered a 6-piece wings combo and was only given 5 wings. When I pointed it out, the staff refused to correct the order and kept insisting it was right. Then the manager came out claiming to have checked the security footage in under 2 minutes and said it âconfirmedâ 6 pieces were packed. Seriously? Youâre telling me your cameras can zoom into a takeout box and count individual wings? If thatâs the case, then show me the timestamp and the footage because Iâm not buying it.
This wasnât just a small mistake it was the way it was handled. Instead of simply making it right, they acted like I was lying and basically told me too bad. All this over one wing. Thatâs how cheap and disrespectful they are to their customers.
And on top of it all, the food was beyond disgusting dry, overcooked, and greasy in the worst way. It tasted like it had been sitting out forever. Nothing fresh, nothing enjoyable.
Do yourself a favour and donât ever eat here. Theyâre cheap, rude, and their food is absolutely nasty. There are much better places to spend your money where youâll actually be treated with respect and get a meal worth eating.

Worst service of any Popeyes I have ever been to. Never have anything prepared and it doesnât matter what time you go. You can order ahead on an app and arrive after the suggested pickup time and itâs still a wait. They need to do better.
