Just got my order, the staff is rude and dismissive. Bad bad bad experience!
I was scanning my subway card and was not sure if it went or not and the cashier/staff yelled at me “how many times do you want to scan your card” , on my end i was aware if it went through or not. Never going to this location.
BMT. Salamis and ham. Double the cheese. Yum.

My wife just brought me a sub from this location. It’s the southwestern chicken something something…. It looks as though I’ve had the same experience as all the other unfortunate customers. Not a topping to be seen coming out the side of the bun. I’m sure this wasn’t cheap either. I’ve added a picture of some images you find online of what the subs should look like. This place needs to do better. If I was the manager/owner, I’d be embarrassed of these reviews.
Subway employee didn’t wash her hands after touching everything in the back and straight puts some gloves on. Also was very rude when serving me. One of the worst subway location ive visited
AVOID THIS PLACE. Horrible service. All the veggies were wilted and the woman serving us was SO rude and clearly did not want to be there. Horrible experience.
I visited on april 5 in evening staff was not good he did not even change his gloves some people are pure veg but he use same gloves in both veg and nonveg he was doing his work in a rush

I went in person at night and ordered a foot long meatball sub, they put 3 meatballs in my FOOTLONG meatball sub and I had to ask for more meatballs. They charged me 11$ for having 4 meatballs in a footlong sub. They put 2 cucumbers per 6 inch in my sub not once, but almost every time I go there. I would not recommend it, there are better sub places nearby, horrible service and food, don’t go.

I had a disappointing experience with the staff, who provided poor customer service. When I ordered three subs to go, they were handed to me without a bag, despite my request. I would not plan to return to this establishment.

Videos of someone posted online show an employee washing tables with mop after cleaning the bathroom and floors. This place is unsanitary do not buy from here. It’s unbelievable.
Unsanitary
Placed an online order that never arrived. I guess in this case it is the DoorDash delivery drivers fault for not going to the correct house or completing the order when I still hadn’t gotten my food. I’m not too sure if it was an honest mistake or purposeful on the drivers part. But not too worried about this.
However, I called Rymal Subway to confirm my order had been picked up and they said it had been picked up 30 mins ago and that I should call DoorDash. The employee answering the call was calm and explained the situation to me, and at one point he insinuated that the DoorDash driver is “frauding” me. After a few back and forth calls I was told by DoorDash that they would contact Subway corporate and I would get a refund from Subway.
I was waiting on a call from DoorDash or Subway regarding my refund, so when I got a missed call the next morning from Subway I thought it was regarding this matter. I called back and asked if they called me regarding this matter and the man said “I’m just calling back missed calls, did you call?” to which I said no I did not, and he said “okokokokokok” and cut the line…
I called back to explain the issue from last night again and ask him again if maybe they had called me regarding a refund. Hearing “refund” really got this guy (I think he was a manager or owner because he was referring to the man on call with me last night as, “my employee”). He starts raising his voice and asking for my order number very aggressively, and continues to explain to me that since the order had been picked up from their location they can not do anything about it and he kept repeating “what do you want me to do!”. He was even saying he would go through the cameras and check for me, at which point I tell him, that it’s not that I don’t believe the order was picked up, I just want to know if this was my refund, if not nvm. He then pretty much calms down knowing he doesn’t have to refund me 16 dollars.
Overall very rude and unprofessional staff, they always resort to raising their voices and being disrespectful. I’m not sure how they’re still in business or owners haven’t changed when they have been this bad ever since I can remember.

WORST SERVICE EVER SEEN !!!!!!!!
Staff named “Kiran” was unwelcoming and spoke with extreme rudeness when I stepped in the store only to say that I have ordered through their app. He gazed at me with fury responding in an unusually harsh tone stating “THEN YOU HAVE TO WAIT. IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT”. I replied that it’s fine as I don’t ask you to hurry at all. Just informed him that I ordered online. Then he goes on with the usual rant.
Was having a great day until I visited this store too face him. Won’t visit there ever again.
