I am appalled by the level of unprofessionalism I experienced at Tim Hortons. The staff was clearly overwhelmed, but what made the situation worse was the manager’s behavior. Not only was I treated with disrespect when I voiced my concerns, but the manager was dismissive and outright rude. It was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue or ensuring a positive experience for customers. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service made this visit unbearable. I won’t be returning, and I would highly recommend they rethink their approach to both management and customer relations.

When I raised my concerns with the manager, I was met with dismissiveness and no effort to address the issue. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Tim Hortons needs to seriously rethink their management and customer service practices.
