I asked for a white bun toasted with butter and jam. Bun was completely burned and hardly any butter on it. Shame on you, Tim Hortons. This is getting out of control. Missed the old service and good quality food. 😑

I don’t know why I kept coming to this location because this isn’t the first time this happened… ordered a English muffin breakfast sandwich and the top bun was wet, slimy and almost felt raw…it was missing like half of it. nevermind the fact that there was 1 tiny peice of bacon on it. My bf also got an ice cap and it wasn’t even filled to the top. Don’t spend your money here

I am appalled by the level of unprofessionalism I experienced at Tim Hortons. The staff was clearly overwhelmed, but what made the situation worse was the manager’s behavior. Not only was I treated with disrespect when I voiced my concerns, but the manager was dismissive and outright rude. It was clear they had no interest in resolving the issue or ensuring a positive experience for customers. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service made this visit unbearable. I won’t be returning, and I would highly recommend they rethink their approach to both management and customer relations.
