Head management seriously needs to step in.
This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location I’ve ever been to. In my experience, the staff here are consistently impatient, unprofessional, and careless. My orders are wrong almost every single visit, and when they’re technically “right,” the quality is so bad it’s honestly shocking.
It feels like there is zero training, zero attention, and zero effort.
I shouldn’t have to drive to a completely different Tim Hortons just to get a basic iced coffee made properly — but that’s exactly what I do now, because this location clearly does not care.
Head management: Please take this seriously. The staffing situation here needs immediate change. The customer experience is unacceptable, and nothing will improve until the team is retrained or replaced with people who actually want to do their jobs.
The guys that work in the afternoon are the worst. Especially the guy taking drive-thru order. Not sure how he managed to land or keep any job. I've waited multiple (for 5 - 10 mins) for a tea. I was the only one in line. I asked what was the issue, and he was rude and dismissive.

This Tim Hortons is one of the dirtiest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I wouldn’t normally go out of my way to post a review about this, but I thought it was incredibly unsanitary. While the woman at the window was handing me out donuts for my children in a bag that wasn’t closed and was open at the top. She sneezed without covering her mouth, and the bag was left open, needless to say I wouldn’t be feeding those to my children… But she turned around and closed the window and walked away before I could say anything to her. I’m afraid of what the sanitary conditions are at this Tim Hortons when no one is watching, considering what I just experienced first hand.
Server in the back doing drive thru was unprofessional ranting about equipment and angry about things going not right and was lids and cup the back was dirty lids and debris on the ground bathrooms were unpleasant seats dirty. Overall not a good restaurant experience

Every time I go to this location after placing a mobile order, not only do I not get greeted but nobody even comes to the front or even checks the mobile orders. So I have to raise my voice for the drive thru people to help me and make my order. Every. Single. Time. And the internet is blocked so you can’t even use the Tims app or scan the reviews code on the counter.

We arrived at the store to buy 2 medium iced capps with Vanilla. We started up the phone to scan points but with the tunnel it had no connection. I ended up connecting to their WIFI (which i was asked to do by a staff member) and webt inside but instead of the drive thru worker coming over and serving me i was forced to wait in line behind two people while our drinks that were already made turned into liquid so I left.
How do you expect people to use their app and earn points at this establishment?
Never coming back again.
