Honestly, I’m very disappointed in the customer service I received today around 5:30 pm. The woman working the drive-thru window was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When my scan-and-pay didn’t work due to a connection error, she looked at me, said “no,” and threw her hand in the air as if I was causing her distress.
Her attitude was very short and dismissive, and the entire interaction was extremely disappointing. This is especially frustrating because I come to this location regularly in the mornings throughout the week, and the woman who usually works the drive-thru then is always so kind and pleasant.
Tonight’s experience was the complete opposite,

They always make the best coffee I look forward to seeing them each day. And I order a plain croissant heated with butter, cheddar cheese, and bacon and ranch sauce and some places don’t make it very well for some reason, but this location really puts effort into it and it really starts my day positively thank you.

Really appreciate their service, I wanted to pass on the positive feedback. As a small business owner as well of a pest control company I know you don't always hear about the good things we do daily. I ordered a coffee and farmers wrap, farmers wrap was the size of a small donut and the coffee tasted completely burnt. Both were nasty tasting and would never recommend Tim Hortons in general
