Went to Hanover Ontario ordered two teen burgers what a disappointment the one little piece of bacon was a joke didn't even cover half the sandwich length wise and only 1/2 inches wide this used to be my favorite sandwich to order from anywhere but this is the 3dr time I got a teen burger like this

What happened to the CHUBBY chicken burger...more like a thin chicken burger, it tasted like the oil in the fryer needed to be changed. Also got a chicken buddy burger...it had ketchup and pickle on the bottom, mayo on top. Ketchup?!? Not to mention we waited 10 mins way after the dinner rush hour...and quite a while at the speaker before anyone said anything. Seriously disappointed in the price, service and quality of food.

I just went to place an order with my family. My experience was terrible here. We were waiting at front. Nobody attended us even there were no rush. One young girl came to the screen but old lady called her without any reason. She was standing free at front. She was looking very bad at us. We just walked away without placing any order.they noticed us but nobody greeted us. I don’t know what to say about customer service here. Very disappointed.never go again at all A&W.

This location is really bad ..We went there to order nobody was paying attention even one old lady refuse to attend us and said we will come back ,we wait 10 minutes Nobody came so we left the store ..they are showing pretty much racism towards us..Never recommend to visit ..

Didn’t even get to order waited 15 mins nobody took my order then a couple walked in and they served them right away and waiting another 10 minutes so I decided to walk out and go to Harvey’s they have amazing service the store wasn’t even busy makes no sense

Love the onion rings, but they have been coming in a lump of broken bits of batter 😒 So unfortunate. The food otherwise has been good but I do not recommend the rings anymore
