Unfortunately, my experience today at this location is absolutely horrible. The girl behind the counter decided instead of greeting us as we walked in, but to turn her back completely, and continue talking to staff behind I finally tried to get her attention & ask question and she told me bluntly I’m busy with an annoyed look on her face. My mom was in absolute shock and wanted to leave right then and there. but I convinced her to stay, so we waited a few more minutes before hearing the girl say into her headset oh my God bro they’re so annoying!! She was talking about us me and my mother waiting to spend $70 on dinner. We were annoying. in the end, a different employee ended up, taking our order, trying to talk us into not calling head office about this girl. gave us an apple pie and called it a day. The girl Tasha if that’s even her real name . Shouldn’t be working at the front of the store and she doesn’t know how to properly greet and make customers feel welcome. Unfortunately, that was a horrible experience.!

Went in for a nice dinner on new years. Was enjoyable as was the food except the 2 woman behind the counter in uniform talking about adultery things that were not nice as I also had my child with me .. good food super unprofessional workers .

Fries good, Root beer a little off, Habinero chicken absolutely terrible. Used coupon from book received in mail. Threw it out with the chicken burger.

The Knotty Celt
Though there are no automatic doors, the staff was so attentive and came to open the door for me and my mum. We both have mobility issues, so that was a nice above and beyond touch.

My family members were really enjoying the food and drink this afternoon. We took advantage of offers on the app for the burger combos (per scan=per offer=per receipt). The front cashier was super patient with me. The food was ready so quickly and delicious! We will definitely return soon.

This was a horrible experience. When we came into the place it was a Saturday morning and they had one patron sitting and eating and one at the counter waiting to order. After five minutes of no one coming to take our orders and, it appeared no one was working in the back cooking either, I called to see if anyone would answer. A man answered and I stated we were at the counter waiting to order. Magically three staff appeared out of nowhere and went back to work. Where were they hiding? Why all three at the same time? The same thing happened again while we were sitting eating a few minutes later, not as long as us but I almost suggested he call the store like I had previously before the counter person appeared from the back to take his order. Would not recommend.
