We placed a large order of 10 meals from Burrito Guyz in Hanover, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! The staff were incredibly quick, friendly, and efficient, everything was ready on time and perfectly prepared. On top of that, they surprised us with complimentary churros and cheesecake, which was such a thoughtful touch.
Both staff members we interacted with went above and beyond to make sure our order was smooth and enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming attitude really stood out, and it made the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend Burrito Guyz Hanover for anyone looking for great food and even better service. We’ll definitely be back!

Yikes is all I could say. But that wouldn't help you understand what was wrong.... the girl working Sunday August 24th really shouldn't be working here.... first we waiting about 5 minutes as there was no one in the store except me and my husband.. all of the sudden she came from the back. And very not motivated to be working. When I say not motivated. She walks with all the patience. Oh man. Oh and then when sitting down to eat, theres someone's beard hair all over the table. And a cricket in the kitchen ... first we went to the Chinese restaurant next door, but decided on this instead. Definitely regret the decision... im done complaining now

Sadly food here is completely flavourless. Ordered a rice bowl and half the ingredients were missing. Paid for Guac, got none. Asked for two sauces, got only one. Will never return. Paid $40 for one burrito and rice bowl and didn’t even get what I paid for.

I ordered online and was given a time to pick up my food 20 minutes later. I showed up and they hadn't started. Ordered 2 large burritos, one without rice but with grilled veggies and beans. That burrito was half the size of the other burrito with rice despite costing more. In the burrito with rice there was pulled pork in it and it was refrigerator cold in the burrito. It all tasted bad, was overpriced and was made poorly. The fact that only one employee was working during lunch contributed to this terrible meal. I will never order here again.

I tried a taco salad from here when they first opened and loved it. Today I went back. They are understaffed with only one gentleman working, which I felt terribly for as he was serving a family of 6 ahead of me. He made one burrito at a time, which I was surprised by as usually you’d lay them all out, top them all and then grill them all for efficiency. They also got froyo/smoothies which took time. I waited 17 minutes to be served. He told me it would be 5 mins for the taco bowl and meat to cook, which was fine. They were out of guacamole. Toppings, especially lettuce do not seem fresh. Maybe it’s their procedure, But typically a salad is a bed of lettuce, with toppings on the top. He put the beef at the bottom, then my toppings, then sprinkled a small amount of lettuce on top. The portion size is very small, and I wouldn’t consider it a “salad”, it was more like nachos in a taco bowl instead of on a bed of nachos. It was just under $16. Not worth the wait or the cost unfortunately…

Food wasn’t upto the mark and fresh. I hardly get 5-6 pieces of pinto beans in my burrito. Guy didn’t even bother to get new one. Will think before order again
