I visited yesterday evening during my break and my experience was too bad.Bro took almost 15 mins to make my order and i was the only customer in the store.When wearing gloves he continuously blowing air from his mouth to open it up. Question is what's the point of wearing gloves if you are doing this???? Have u ever aware or heard about food safety????Morever,Old management was too good with the guests and portion was also good but now it's totally opposite. I don't think i will be going to that place again as i was their regular customer but not anymore.

This place use to be really good. After my visit today I’m really disappointed in the staffing. The Worker proceeded put on gloves then kept watch videos on his phone while making our food. Sliding the phone with our food at each station- What was the point of the gloves. Very small portions and wasn’t listening when giving directions on what we wanted because they were distracted by their phone.

They stayed open a little late for me and my partner, the food was great.
My boyfriend and I just tried Burrito Guyz for the first time last night (we live closer to Owen Sound) and it was amazing. I can be really picky when it comes to burritos so I’m always hesitant trying a new restaurant. But I am so happy that we tried Burrito Guyz. My burrito was fantastic. It was perfectly seasoned and the sauce was so delicious. The chips that came in the combo were also seasoned so well, I was pleasantly surprised. We also got some churros and they were so tasty! I honestly can’t wait to go back.

I ordered 3 hard shell tacos and a quesedila. Estimated time for delivery was 4:25pm.5:10 pm came around and I called the store to be told that the food was delivered and in my home (it was NOT, it was left outside infact). When I opened my box of tacos, they were soggy and when I went to pick one up, everything fell out and made a mess. They are completely un edible at this point.The guy on the phone rambled so much that I barely got a word in inch wise. He told me they rang the door bell and called (they did NOT) and he told me that if I went to the store and returned my tacos that he would hand me fresh ones. I declined.If I ordered delivery, you would think that maybe there's a reason I didn't drive to pick it up in the first place.My partners quesedila was spicy when we requested mild (he hardly complained but it wasn't enjoyable for him and he likes spicy food usually) and when I tried some of the meat from my slop, it was so spicy that I wouldn't have been able to eat it regardless !I spent over $50 on this and with zero effort on actually fixing the problem, I can guarantee I will not be ordering from them again !

I stop here most weeks for a pulled pork burrito and they never disappoint. The portions are good, the meat is seasoned well and fresh. The staff is really friendly. It's a better fast food option than the burger joints down the road.
