Chicken Wings near Hanover

“Went for wings and beer with wife. Had garlic bread with cheese with wings. All was great. Server Dawn was friendly and service was good.“

“Normally, they are quite dependable as long as you don't need to make a change. However, after ordering online and realizing I missed the spot to change the pickup time, I called immediately to tell them I needed to make the change before they started it. They asked to put me on hold and left me there for ten minutes before I hung up and called back to find out they were putting the pizza in the oven while I waited and I won't be heading there for over two hours. When I indicated I won't be there until much later, they basically shrugged me off and then hung up on me. I had already paid but this is definitely not good customer service. Two different staffers on the phone, each one less than the other :(Follow-up: someone there realized the occurrence and made a fresh pizza prior to actual scheduled pick up. The pizza is still good there when we order and we continue to order from them.“

“I ordered the fish and chips and it was incredible. It’s too bad that it doesn’t come with coleslaw. My meal came quickly and was hot when served. Our server was a lovely young lady named Kim. She was polite and very efficient. I will definitely go back.“

“I was disappointed that the staff didn’t have enough help. They were making the chicken as fast as they could but couldn’t keep up with the orders. I found the staff to be polite and even though the wait was 30min. That is exactly what I was told and it was on time and made fresh to order. I actually found the white meat to be perfectly cooked. Tender and juices and the fries were excellent and not too salty. Good job! That Sunday night they had just got an online order for 100 pieces. Not to mention the front of house and the drive thru. Not an easy job but they were getting the food out for people and the food was good.“

“food was good but the waitress we had was very rude...when it came to paying she told us that tips were not in the peice so we would have to punch in the tip for her and she hovered over us as we were using the debit machine and got very upset when i punched in no tip....sorry but im not giving anybody a tip if your going to rudely ask for a tip and look over my shoulder as im using the machine....not going back there...ill go across the street to Harley's“

“We live local to Serendipity and have purchased lunch and dinner items on several occasions. We have never been disappointed. Great food, good portions. Fish & Chips on Sunday is a great deal. Hamburgers and Grilled Chicken are really good. Staff are very friendly and attentive. My only negative comment is that I wished they used fresh cut fries but the ones they are using are good.“
