“Went for wings and beer with wife. Had garlic bread with cheese with wings. All was great. Server Dawn was friendly and service was good.“

“The Pizza Hut website was sending me in an ordering loop to redeem my points for a free medium pizza. It was giving mixed messages as to whether I had placed an order, multiple orders, or not at all. When I arrived at the Hanover Pizza Hut, I found out that my order had not been placed. I explained my situation to the employee, noting that I did not know if my points had been redeemed or not, due to the website glitch. Hardik showed great customer service in listening to my issue, empathizing with my frustrating online experience, and then offering me a free, two topping, medium pizza. He made the pizza immediately. I waited in my car, while it was in the oven. In no time at all, Hardik was at the store entry bringing the pizza out to me in the parking lot. This employee did a great job at customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure that I left Pizza Hut this evening having a positive experience: turning frustration into a smile. “Very reasonable price for amount of food/drinks purchased. Our server Shreya did an exceptional job of serving a large number of tables. A large crowd of people came in just after 9:00 when I did. Although we had to wait a bit long (5-7minutes) due to the crowd Shreya arrived at our table as quickly as possible, took our orders and delivered them correctly soon after. I was impressed that our service was that good given the amount of tables she was looking after.“

The chicken tenders are my absolute favourite normally but today the bone in chicken stole the show! The flavour and uniformed breading was top tier. “food was good but the waitress we had was very rude...when it came to paying she told us that tips were not in the peice so we would have to punch in the tip for her and she hovered over us as we were using the debit machine and got very upset when i punched in no tip....sorry but im not giving anybody a tip if your going to rudely ask for a tip and look over my shoulder as im using the machine....not going back there...ill go across the street to Harley's“
