Chicken Wings near Hanover

“Went for wings and beer with wife. Had garlic bread with cheese with wings. All was great. Server Dawn was friendly and service was good.“

“The Pizza Hut website was sending me in an ordering loop to redeem my points for a free medium pizza. It was giving mixed messages as to whether I had placed an order, multiple orders, or not at all. When I arrived at the Hanover Pizza Hut, I found out that my order had not been placed. I explained my situation to the employee, noting that I did not know if my points had been redeemed or not, due to the website glitch. Hardik showed great customer service in listening to my issue, empathizing with my frustrating online experience, and then offering me a free, two topping, medium pizza. He made the pizza immediately. I waited in my car, while it was in the oven. In no time at all, Hardik was at the store entry bringing the pizza out to me in the parking lot. This employee did a great job at customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure that I left Pizza Hut this evening having a positive experience: turning frustration into a smile. This was truly appreciated. Thanks Hardik!“

“They are back and better at what they do! Of coarse they are a new restaurant in town so everyone will try them out. However we have frequented the one in Owen Sound over the last year and enjoyed every trip and I do hope the Port Elgin restaurant will follow the same system as Owen Sound built. If they do I am sure it will be successful. Prices and options are good. The rack of ribs were very good. The service was wonderful and I am glad they have gotten rid of that 3% extra charge they had come out with at the beginning. To me that made no sense at all. Actually saying that I wonder if all Chucks have gotten rid of that charge?
We will be back and I have told some of my friends and family already. See ya soon

“Staff were super helpful and patient as I figured out what we needed. The food was so fresh and crispy. The chicken tenders are my absolute favourite normally but today the bone in chicken stole the show! The flavour and uniformed breading was top tier. We will definitely be back next time we come through Hanover. Y’all just made a life long customer.“

“food was good but the waitress we had was very rude...when it came to paying she told us that tips were not in the peice so we would have to punch in the tip for her and she hovered over us as we were using the debit machine and got very upset when i punched in no tip....sorry but im not giving anybody a tip if your going to rudely ask for a tip and look over my shoulder as im using the machine....not going back there...ill go across the street to Harley's“
