Our experience today was terrible. Your staff were slow. Two people to take care of the tables and the bar is not a good idea. It took almost 30 minutes to get our Chuck's burger. We had to remind her about our drinks, cutlery and napkins. We come from Wiarton and always made a point of eating there. Since the new owners took over the restaurant just went down the toilet. That's two Chucks we've been to. Arthur and Hanover and will never be setting foot in any of your restaurants again!

Its a big box chain. You should know what to expect. Adequate food and service with somewhat elevated prices. Today they made is the wrong food. We ordered chicken and they made ribs. No offer to compensate, just had to wait twice as long.

Never had a bad experience with chucks til this past weekend, we did not get a good waitress, we ordered drinks and appetizers, and told her we would need a few mins to look at the menu for the main course, she didn't leave so we could look at the menu, she stood there felt like she was pushy to rush us, I ordered my meal and my wife just quickly picked something because we were rushed by the waitress, they got my order wrong, appetizer came after we were half way thru the meal, appetizer was cold, not happy at all, I'm not racist, but it's definitely not run by Canadians anymore.

I ordered the fish and chips and it was incredible. It’s too bad that it doesn’t come with coleslaw. My meal came quickly and was hot when served. Our server was a lovely young lady named Kim. She was polite and very efficient. I will definitely go back.

My friends and I showed up here and I was told by one of the kitchen staff that they shut the grills off because they didn't want to serve a reservation of people. As a result we only had the option to eat apps. The owner is vary rude to his staff and he barley hires people around hanover. I have heard the staff never gets paid on time by the owner who gives all sorts of excuses why he won't. Corporate will be called about this place.
Roslynn was amazing! Service was great! Good was quick, delicious and correct. We don’t come often because we have not always had the best service here but we do like the food and convenience. We will be back soon! Hopefully it’s just as great next time and we will ask for her every time now!!!

The last order was 15 minutes later then the rest of that orders the food was cold. The coffee was cold had to ask for knives and forks and napkins I will never go back again.
