Managers sit around doing nothing. Waited 20 minutes just to be sat next their incredibly loud and smelly kitchen. Harsh seemed quite moody and was very rude. Drinks were watered down and the food was lacklustre.

Waited over an hour and a half for food (we only ordered two small appetizers) when there were only 4 other tables with couples at them. Waiters had an attitude the whole time and acted like we were an inconvenience to her. Could constantly hear the staff complaining about other staff. I will never be coming back. Horrible experience doesn’t even deserve 1 star and this use to be mine and my husband’s favourite place to go.

We had a really good time at Chucks tonight, we have been many times before and didnt have such a great time. Tonight our server was great she checked in on the tabel many times, the food was good and hot even asked us to check the temp of our steaks before walking away, this we really appreciated. The new manager came by and said hello! This place based on tonight has turned around since we last visited- no complaints! We had a great date night!

Usually go here regularly and get the same drinks , same appetizers often , they didn’t have what I wanted to start with to eat so I got something to else , they then came to the table saying they didn’t have my drink I wanted either , when I asked to cancel my order I was threatened with trespassing, on top on that I offer to pay for the meal I wasn’t even going to eat to prevent “trespassing “ wich also wasn’t possible , when I asked to speak with the manager the waiter denied it and told me he was busy , while he stood at the bar watching .
