Went in for 2 Harv burgers and 1 angus with 2 original poutines and they screwed up that order so we were issued a refund so we went back for that order and Brittany acted like we were an inconvenience when our order was messed up to begin with. The young girl making the burgers couldn’t fight herself out of a wet paper bag. Horrible staff and service. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

We were greeted by a wonderfully pleasant young man named Soren. I was impressed with his attitude, which was cheerful and professional. Food was great, as always 😋 Thank you to whoever decided to turn on the heat! First time in a long time I was able to eat in a fast food restaurant that was comfortably warm in winter!

I've tried many things here and I must say that is good restaurant, It's a pretty homemade when you try it, It's also very simple, It can be pricey at times but depending on what you're ordering it could be a hit or a miss but I must say that it's pretty tasty.. I would recommend this to others! 💞

It's been a long time since I visited a Harvey's, and it seems I haven't missed much.
A family of 5 was there before us, and were adding their toppings. We patiently waited to order, and a staff member came from the drive thru to take our order after seeing us wait for a bit. We order and continued to wait, no big deal. And another gentleman ordered after us. We noticed that our burgers were sitting and waiting during this time. Once the family completed their order, we thought we were next. We were mistaken. The gentleman after us was assisted instead. Once he got his food, we were finally helped. After getting our burgers, which were sitting for a long time, we went to get our drinks. Went for the root beer, but it wasn't coming out. Told front counter staff and they said they would replace the bag. Once they did, I went back for the root beer, but it was too foamy. Finally getting to sit down and eat, we both took a bite of our burgers and found something to be off. We thought it was the sauce and vegetables, but we realized that the burgers were still cold.
The only plus part was the patty was pretty thick. It's a shame we didn't enjoy our meals.

We had a great experience! The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed burgers and chicken strips….both were really good. We will stop here again on our next road trip!!!!
Harveys is forcing customers to use their app if we want a deal. Avoided Harveys for a year because of this but finally used the app. Arrived on time to pick up order. Told 3 staff members that I was picking up an order. Only 1 had the authority to hand me my order which was sitting under a warming light. They continued to serve the customers waiting in line before doing so, however. Was expecting to eat my food on the go but couldn't as it was cold. Had to wait and take it home. Also had to walk through the restaurant to go and get my drink. Will not use app again.

Stopped in for takeout, had staff walks away when trying to place an order at the till. Watched entire staff go to walk out door to a customer outside leaving only a few confused coworkers behind the till. Proceeded to see them chatting and ignoring people trying to order. Highly recommend management taking the time to retrain their front end staff especially if a note is posted on the counter that they need to notify a supervisor before walking off line.
Everything is always really good. My kids love their chicken and fries. The ghost pepper mayo is really spicy and good.

This is the dirtiest Harvey’s we have ever been in. Tables were dirty, floor was filthy. Washrooms were dirty Disgusting!!

I don’t know why they can’t clean the dining room floor pickles and food on it tables were dirty . The buger was much better this time. I find this location is hit and miss they like to cook the burgers and hold them to the side then reheat them. First time in 5 years that I have been here the the burgers looked fresh. The staff were nice and on the ball. I would say this restaurant is improveing

Waited 45 mins to get our food order placed at 6.19 and finally got to walk out at 7.03! No dipping sause provided for one of the meals. Food was luke warm at best and chicken were both very small. No apologies provided and staff would not even look at you if you approached the counter to find out how much longer. Definitely not the service expected for 43$.
