Ordered a four piece and was told there was no salad with a four piece anymore. Changed my fries to salad and got no fork to eat the salad with and got fries and salad in my box. Chicken was delicious

Drive thru is never working might as well just close it. Have been there 4 times and every time the till is down how bout you just get a new one bunch of cheap franchise owners make the whole business look bad. At least the other chicken places in town have a working drive thru!!!

Owen Sound my husband goes gets 2-3 piece combos for dinner live out of town he gets home no fries in both boxed has to go back in 20 min drive all they did was give a box of fries no fresh chicken as now it's 60 min old basically no dinner tonight we paid for discusting service

Literally THE worst KFC around. I do not know how they are still in business. Often there is a sign on the drive thru window that the debit is down. Often they do not have chicken ready at supper time and ask you to wait 20-25 minutes. Would not recommend.

I have had multiple terrible drive through experiences here. Everytime I have attempted to order something I have been told that they are out of something, often after I have paid. Then after paying the food is never actually ready in a reasonable time frame. You are told to pull around by the door, often queuing behind others told the same and wait. The waits are sometimes 10 minutes or more. The food, when you even get what you ordered, is inconsistent.

There June 8th, was told 20 to 25 mins wait which was fine, 40 mins later finally received my order but when I got home it was not complete, missing item. Definitely need to do better at this establishment.

Order couple of stuff. Chicken was old maybe leftover from earlier. looked so horrible upon asking staff made face. Rude staff and bad service. I wish I could give 0 star. dinning area was dirty too.
