Decent enough KFC quality food. However, expect to wait 15 minutes for them to make the chicken. This place never has anything ready to go. Whether it be a bowl or a single chicken sandwich, I always have to wait for them to make it. I appreciate them wanting it to be fresh, but it’s supposed to be fast food

I waited 30 minutes for my DRIVE-THRU order. I was told to “come back in 20 minutes” and after taking a cruise around town, I returned only to have to wait for 10 more minutes. The only positive is that they threw in an extra gravy for the trouble. Hardly worth the wait.

Tried to get dinner here twice now.. big signs on the counter use the kiosk.. that'd be sweet if the kiosk ever worked. Then to top it off the employees were much to busy chatting on the back out of view to help

I've gone to kfc often and in the past its been great, but recently it has gone downhill a LOT. Several times, they have run out of chicken so I left. Today, it took me half an hour to get a simple 2 piece meal. They served people that came in after me first. When I finally got my meal, it soaked the box with grease and I couldn't eat it.

Ordered a four piece and was told there was no salad with a four piece anymore. Changed my fries to salad and got no fork to eat the salad with and got fries and salad in my box. Chicken was delicious

Drive thru is never working might as well just close it. Have been there 4 times and every time the till is down how bout you just get a new one bunch of cheap franchise owners make the whole business look bad. At least the other chicken places in town have a working drive thru!!!

Owen Sound my husband goes gets 2-3 piece combos for dinner live out of town he gets home no fries in both boxed has to go back in 20 min drive all they did was give a box of fries no fresh chicken as now it's 60 min old basically no dinner tonight we paid for discusting service

Literally THE worst KFC around. I do not know how they are still in business. Often there is a sign on the drive thru window that the debit is down. Often they do not have chicken ready at supper time and ask you to wait 20-25 minutes. Would not recommend.
