We ordered the 6 piece meal and only received 5 pieces and it was very greasy. Always been a favorite but not anymore and she didn't give us a receipt.

Today, the chicken was cooked perfectly. Nice and juicy . And the chicken was not over cooked. Skin crunchy.

I was disappointed that the staff didn’t have enough help. They were making the chicken as fast as they could but couldn’t keep up with the orders. I found the staff to be polite and even though the wait was 30min. That is exactly what I was told and it was on time and made fresh to order. I actually found the white meat to be perfectly cooked. Tender and juices and the fries were excellent and not too salty. Good job! That Sunday night they had just got an online order for 100 pieces. Not to mention the front of house and the drive thru. Not an easy job but they were getting the food out for people and the food was good.

Husband and I both ordered a 2 piece meal.
The “2 pieces” we got were unidentifiable chunks of chicken. Seems like a chopped in half chicken breast.
The fries were stale and over seasoned.
Half my chicken was over cooked while there were parts of undercooked breading.
Not to mention, to person who took my order was saltier than the fries.

This is the worst KFC I have ever had.
Drive another 2 minutes and go to Popeyes instead.

Will aways mess up your order or forget your food / gravy every time and only good reviews they got are because they give you a small free pop corn chicken and this is what u get for spending 100 $ had to go back for the kd too what the hell

Terrible experience. Ordered online. Arrived to a lineup out the door. Email confirmation said to pick up at the mobile order pick up area(which the location has). Nothing in that area to pickup so waited inline which took approx 30 minutes. Once I got up there they seemed confused and had to go check some computer. Then they found my order sitting in a warmer in the back. The chicken was very greasy and soggy and fries were garbage. Assuming due to the fact they sat in a warmer for close to 45 minutes. Why was the mobile order not in the mobile order pickup area?

Give this 1 star is even then to much! Our chicken wasn't cooked enough and saugy. Fries were so salted that we couldn't eat them. This was the worse take out I have had there.. disgusting.

Went to Hanover kfc last night, asked for coleslaw got macaroni salad, asked for gravy got some brown water with spices in it looked like baby diarrhea, asked for plum sauce got bbq sauce all that and charged $35 for 2 people to eat

Terrible experience tonight. The employee who was acting as the "manager" at KFC HANOVER kicked a child out who was shivering cold, who sat down to warm up as the weather changed drastically within the hour on her walk. Instead of being kind and understanding, and respectfully informing the young girl that there is a policy that no one can sit in the resturant without purchasing anything, she was very aggressive and rude, and demanded the young girl immediately to leave the resturant. When the child told her she was just trying to warm up because she doesn't have a sweater, the employee aggressively stated "Well you won't warm up here , we have ac". When the parent called and asked for the manager, the employee stated she was the manager, and when she was politely asked if she remembered the child that came in, she got defensive and ignorant, stating she has 3 children herself and that the resturant has a policy to kick people out who don't order. With that being said, it wasnt even 30 seconds of sitting that the child was approached and demanded to leave. No compassion was given, no friendly service was given and when asked for an apology for her disrespect to the child and how she made the child feel unwelcome, she got heated and ignorant, raised her voice and down right refused and argued about her being in the right. We said "be that as it may you had 0 rights to disrespect the child" and was given plenty of chances to apologize before further action is taken, after the third attempt to get the apology we realized that there was no reasoning with this woman. There is video evidence of the incident and I will never step foot into Hanover KFC again, unless I see solid proof of action being taken. KFC is supposed to be a family friendly environment where people feel safe and welcome, not a place where cranky unstable people lash out at children. 0/10 service. Gross.
