I am anything but pleased with the experience we had getting our food tonight. When we pulled up there was someone smoking out front, turns out it was the gentleman making our pitas (gross) go inside he is wearing the same hat he just had a smoke in to take and make our orders with no hair net underneath. When he went to get new tzatziki sauce he cross contaminated the containers making it so there was now yellow stuff in my boyfriends tzatziki on his pita. He then went to make my pita and did not change his gloves resulting in that same tzatziki sauce being now put on my pita which I did not want. Picking up the parm he dropped it in to the containers of veggies and did not clean it before putting it back for use or switching the veggies that he just dropped a shaker in to. When wrapping up our pitas they started to split right open and he just smooshed them together as if it wasn’t happening. I have been to this establishment multiple times the employees aren’t always the happiest or friendliest in there but at least they aren’t disgusting. I have also worked fast food and know that not everything is perfect but this many things in one visit is disgraceful.

I went there for the August smoothie deal all through August smoothies cost 4 99 between 2 -5 pm I ordered my smoothie and it cost me 9$ I have social anxiety so I have trouble standing up for myself so this this store bad customer service and i should not have to be treated differently because I will not speak up for myself I get scamed because I have anxiety never going back here ever Over priced food for bad customer service

I ordered a platter for my workplace lunch and it was perfect, enough food for everyone and it was delicious. Very messy though!! Nicely presented as well. Definitely would order again!

I haven't been to pita pit in years and the service was horrible but when I came this Monday I had the most amazing experience with the workers especially with Julia the 2 workers were in a huge rush and she kept smiling the entire time. It's so amazing to see workers not stressed out and still keep a smile on their face. The food was great as well!

This place used to be great and so clean! Unfortunately, the last 2 times I went they’ve been out of veggies/cheese (and don’t tell you before you pay). I think this last time I went will be it for a long time as there was a condom laying right outside the front door, and my husband found 2 hairs in his Pita. :(
Once a month I organize lunch for the entire plant, and this month I chose to get Pita Pit. I let them know days in advance that I will be ordering 5 platters with two separate GF meals. When I came to pick it up, not only was it all ready and packed beautifully, they also helped carry it to my truck, in the rain.
I will re-order from them again.
