I get a limited time for lunch every day so when I call to order (or order online), there should be some attention paid to that.
In this case, I ordered online. Was told the order would be ready at 12:54. Showed up to the store at 12:50 and there was one employee and 2 customers already in line.
Nothing was on the grill, I looked to see if there was an online order pick up area but didn't see my order there waiting.
So I waited in the line and after several minutes (including the making of the first customer's order), my turn came up. The employee apologized for not having started my order and then BUMPED the second customer who was waiting to make mine first.
If I was the second customer, I would have been annoyed to have been bumped. She had to wait too.
Plus they had no spinach. So how do you allow someone to order something online which you can't make ahead of time because you are missing ingredients.
The Pita was fine but I've eaten here before and had better. I suspect because there was one person working, the preparation had to suffer a bit.

Very upset and disappointed, I can’t even eat my pita without it being a massive mess. Barely any flavour as they put like no sauce on even when I said more. Not edible! I won’t be back! All it is , is lettuce with a little of everything else. Gross! I have photos I’d like to share!!!!

Service was fast, food was okay, very badly put together and messy, note it was not busy at all. The place was disgusting and nothing was clean. Our server sneezed and continued to make our food and we had to ask him to change his gloves. Gross experience.

Honestly, the quantity is worth the price compared to what we get these days. And it’s always fresh! :)
It was 8:40pm on a Friday, the door was locked and two workers were inside standing in front of the cash register, the door was locked, they saw me and ignored me, on the door were the hours, Friday ??:00 - 9:00, they were open until 9:00 but closed early, it was raining and I drove 20 minutes out of my way to get pita pit. I’m very disappointed.

Quite literally my worst experience at a food chain.Lettuce was soggy and slimy, when I asked for refund was mocked by staff member. Was not allowed refund for food gone bad.Decided to try to turn it around and order something with the food that was seemingly okay and avoided the meat that I had been told was out since the night before (if this is what they were willing to tell me I wonder what’s being hidden).Staff member had beard he would scratch (as what I can only assume is dandruff fell) and then touch the food. When I asked him to use gloves was laughed at. Guy tried to bring a girl coworker into his laughter, but you could tell she was uncomfortable by the situation and did not engage.Could not eat the food after that. Waste of money and incredibly rude staff member. Spoke to some colleagues who have said they had the same issue with this location and the same gentleman. Disappointing. This guy is a threat to public health through his complete disregard for food safety practices.
