Quite literally my worst experience at a food chain.Lettuce was soggy and slimy, when I asked for refund was mocked by staff member. Was not allowed refund for food gone bad.Decided to try to turn it around and order something with the food that was seemingly okay and avoided the meat that I had been told was out since the night before (if this is what they were willing to tell me I wonder what’s being hidden).Staff member had beard he would scratch (as what I can only assume is dandruff fell) and then touch the food. When I asked him to use gloves was laughed at. Guy tried to bring a girl coworker into his laughter, but you could tell she was uncomfortable by the situation and did not engage.Could not eat the food after that. Waste of money and incredibly rude staff member. Spoke to some colleagues who have said they had the same issue with this location and the same gentleman. Disappointing. This guy is a threat to public health through his complete disregard for food safety practices.

Please excuse my grammar I don’t usually write reviews. So if I take the time to do this it was obviously a bad experience, and yes I have taken the time to say nice things and leave good reviews but this is not that time . I love pita pit , I grew up down the street from the original one . However , this particular day at this pita pit really turned me off , the place is filthy, filthy grill , filthy sink ,filthy steamer, filthy press the veggies sweating like the fridge doesn’t work , brown lettuce etc. then the guy making it itches his beard and face with his gloves on, puts half of the toppings on they usually put ,. then I get home and realize either from the steamer or press that there are black char chunks all wedged in my pita rendering it inedible .for 21 bucks ? Seriously ? I will go back and try again as I said this usually isn’t the case . Hoping they try harder next time . Sanitation training required

This location has really gone down in the past year. New owners I believe. His customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Ignored us when we first entered. Exuded indifference through the whole transaction. Had to tell him I didn’t want the wilted rusty lettuce on my pita. Pitas are about half the size they were even a few months ago.

Best Pita Pit I have ever had. Never found this kind of service in any restaurant of Alberta (P.S. I am visiting from Alberta)

Wrap tasted excellent however the pita eventually fell apart and I needed a fork to finish. Staff disappeared into the back as soon as we were served and I had to knock on the door to get their attention.

One summer I went to pita pit and ordered a large chicken ceaser and a large strawberry banana smoothie the guys that were working there 2 of them managed to make the chicken and bacon undercooked and the lettuce they put on my pita wasn't fresh enough for my liking I'm never going to order from here again

We have 15 people in our group. Kids and all. The kids menu was good. And the service was excellent. They were very nice and friendly and not grumpy though if we had a big group and there were only two people working. Thank you very muchKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.Parking: Free parking on the road.

The staff have always been kind and friendly and the food is on par with other pita pit locations. The location is clean and well kept as well.

Ugh….cold chicken, bacon was cold and soggy..when I found it..sure didn’t look like double bacon either..gluten free pita was dry, the meat was hidden somewhere underneath all the spinach and sprouts….ugh

I only went here a couple times but every time I went it was nice customer service and clean place to eat at but this was before covid. The portion sizes are nice and big. Everything seems fresh, I would choose this over Subway.

Pretty terrible excuse for a pita! I ate half and tossed the rest. They asked if I wanted some hot sauce and I said sure, the guy then proceeded to dump half the bottle of hot sauce on the chicken and veggies on the grill, the pita just tasted like burnt hot sauce and vinegar and the bacon was terrible as well.
