I ordered they delivered wrong pizza I called back the girl could not understand so she simply hung up on me I called 3 x begore I got someone to agree to send the correct $40 order that will arrive after our lunches are over . That is 💩 service I do t want a “ free” pizza next time I will not ever order again lol Update - fresh pizza delivered with my $ returned that is a good update

Absolutely terrible. Ordered on the app.at 25 mins past time it said delivered but wasn’t. Called and was told it would be here soon and was hung up on. Driver showed up 6 mins later and said he had 5 more deliveries on his way to us. Pizza was cold and soggy.

This Pizza Hut is the WORST Pizza Hut I have ever been to in my life. Your customer service is Terrible, the people who work there are rude and ignorant. Tonight we ordered pizza and they said 10-15 min and a hour later we still didn’t receive it no update on the app. Then it said delivered and we didn’t receive it. We called and the guy on the phone said well then it’s coming soon and hung up on us. When the guy came to deliver it to us we mentioned it and he said there’s nothing I can do but I tell them their rude all the time laughed and walked away…. Your own delivery driver knows you’re rude but nothing is ever done? I understand if you fell behind or something happens especially in the winter months but at least communicate with your customers and I’m sure they will be understanding. There are so many reviews about customer service being terrible going months back and every response from you is “we will look into it” you obviously NEVER DO! Because this is still an issue, sounds like I’m going to have to go to the corporate, because in Hanover there isn’t a lot of options and it sucks to have your favourite pizza company treat you like garbage.

I wish i could give 0 star for customer service i have been to many pizza huts and this location was worst in customer service, the GUJRATI guy with spectacles was very very rude this is what i have not expected at all i am never ever going back to this location , This is humble request to owner to take very strict action against that guy otherwise it will definitely effect your business, other than that food was good and other employees were nice.
