I wish i could give 0 star for customer service i have been to many pizza huts and this location was worst in customer service, the GUJRATI guy with spectacles was very very rude this is what i have not expected at all i am never ever going back to this location , This is humble request to owner to take very strict action against that guy otherwise it will definitely effect your business, other than that food was good and other employees were nice.

The Pizza Hut website was sending me in an ordering loop to redeem my points for a free medium pizza. It was giving mixed messages as to whether I had placed an order, multiple orders, or not at all. When I arrived at the Hanover Pizza Hut, I found out that my order had not been placed. I explained my situation to the employee, noting that I did not know if my points had been redeemed or not, due to the website glitch. Hardik showed great customer service in listening to my issue, empathizing with my frustrating online experience, and then offering me a free, two topping, medium pizza. He made the pizza immediately. I waited in my car, while it was in the oven. In no time at all, Hardik was at the store entry bringing the pizza out to me in the parking lot. This employee did a great job at customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure that I left Pizza Hut this evening having a positive experience: turning frustration into a smile. This was truly appreciated. Thanks Hardik!
