Just Horrible! Crust is so chewy and thin that the overcooked cheese was the only thing holding it together. The sauce was so little and dried up that it was just a layer of grease in between dough and cheese. Also, Extremely salty and I even had to wait an extra 10 minutes past my "Order Ready" time. Never ordering from here again and would not recommend it for anyone. Tried this place three times and every time I cant even finish a slice without throwing out the whole pizza.

I ordered a triple treat box the pizza was dry with barely any pizza sauce or cheese before I even tried the bread sticks I could tell they would be dry and sure they were dry as well

I wish I could give zero stars honestly. One of the biggest things about pizza is cheese and in order to get cheese to cover the entire pizza here you have to order extra extra cheese so $10 extra of cheese in order to cover the pizza with cheese great. I have had some good customer service until you ask them to actually put cheese on the pizza then they won't be bothered with you I guess it's chain just don't go to this one.

I tried to place an order online and on the website it did not work and did not go through. It told me on the app to call pizza hut directly to let them know I proceeded to call pizza hut to let the cashier clerk know that the app was not working and he rudely said it is not his problem and he hung up the phone. I called pizza hut back to place my order and when I was placing my order the guy that was taking my order by the name of Bhavik 2 was very rude and cut me off and saying anything else. Anything else? Anything else? He did not let me put my order in properly or say what I wanted before he kept cutting me off. I received my order but my garlic bread was freezing cold and my pizza was cold and the pepperoni was burnt. I will not be ordering from pizza hut anymore

First they gave me a wrong pizza , and when i called in to complain they said I’m lying and the guy was rude on phone.If you don’t understand what someone wants please make sure to ask them again. “I thought you asked for dip not base” doesn’t count as an excuse.

I paid 6 dollars for extra cheese and extra aged smoked cheddar. As you can see from the pictures. There's no smoked cheddar. I Recommend going to Pizza House in Hanover. Its way better.
Fast service, good food, but pls pack the salads in a different bag. They are always hot and wilty by the time I get home. And delivery to Durham would be nice..... maybe ask your staff to wash their hands..

Normally, they are quite dependable as long as you don't need to make a change. However, after ordering online and realizing I missed the spot to change the pickup time, I called immediately to tell them I needed to make the change before they started it. They asked to put me on hold and left me there for ten minutes before I hung up and called back to find out they were putting the pizza in the oven while I waited and I won't be heading there for over two hours. When I indicated I won't be there until much later, they basically shrugged me off and then hung up on me. I had already paid but this is definitely not good customer service. Two different staffers on the phone, each one less than the other :(Follow-up: someone there realized the occurrence and made a fresh pizza prior to actual scheduled pick up. The pizza is still good there when we order and we continue to order from them.
