Yesterday afternoon we had a unfortunate Encounter at the Queens Bush establishment, while eating her lunch my wife noticed that the meat in her roast beef dip sandwich looked spoiled it had many different colours in the beef(green blue ) it looked off, when brought to the owner/chef attention by our waitress we were blown off with a simple it was fine The owner/chef of this establishment did not approach our table to discuss the problem! That to me screams unprofessionalism and poor management we will not be dining at this Establishment again! ??

We went to the QB one night and it was empty in the place. Our waitress sat us down and then we waited 45 minutes for her to come back to come back to get our drink order. There were only two tables filled in the place (us and another small group). I walked to the bathroom and she saw me and spoke to me and still, did not come to take our order. We left and I private messaged the owner and he ignored me completely. All I would have loved was a “I’m sorry” or “Come back another time and we will do better”. The fact that he ignored my message is unacceptable. We went there a few times a week for years and supported them. It’s a shame that what once was a great place has gone so downhill. If you drive by at night and see no one in there, you know why. No atmosphere, no service and quality has gone down. Super disappointed.

The service was friendly and quick. The atmosphere was ok. The food was mediocre, at best. Their menu is far too diverse given the kitchen. Instead they should cut the number of dishes they offer by 80% and focus on making a few "pub favourites" or "chef specials". If you're okay with getting M&M or Dr Oetker frozen food reheated this is the place to be. Otherwise you'll only be going here to visit with family and friends. The one thing the kitchen seems to do well is anything that needs to be prepared fresh. The French fries were consistently good.PS I don't get the positive experiences reported here. We've been multiple times (lunch on weekends) and most people in our party were underwhelmed by the food. Maybe we just got them on a particularly bad set of weekends?

Maybe there is a new owner at Queen's Bush, but after 2 recent visits, I'm done with this place. Microwaved sandwiches are a no no. Hard bun is the result and chewy beef. Soup is uninspired. Too bad, this used to be a great place, but don't take my word for it.... try it yourself.

We were regulars here for years. As of the past year or so, I’ve noticed the place going downhill (which really is too bad). We went in one night a month or two ago and the place was dead except two smaller other tables. There was one waitress working. She seated us around 5 minutes after we walked in (a little crazy since there were only two other small tables). She asked us if we wanted to order drinks and we said we’d like to look at the menu for a few minutes to choose a drink from the bar before we order food. She said ok and she would be right back. Here’s the kicker - 45 minutes later and she never came back. She spent most of her time with one small table and ignored us and the other table near us. After 1 whole hour, we got up and left. The owner saw us walk out and did not say anything, he just gave us a strange look. I messaged the owner on Facebook to share what happened and was hoping for at least an apology and nothing. He just looked at it and ignored me. Not good customer service at all in my opinion. I won’t be returning. I won’t recommend this place anymore. I will not go with my friends or family anymore. I will not support a business that doesn’t care about their customers and will not spend my hard earning money here anymore. Sure the food is decent, but there are tons of other great establishments in Grey-Bruce that deserve business and community support

The taco salad is delicious. I love that they use air fryers instead of deep frying everything.

Unseasoned and overpriced for what it is. Spend $5 more somewhere else and enjoy your evening. I got the hot beef dip sandwich and it was literally just meat between bread, served with unsalted and unseasoned fries. Woohoo.
