Food was good but... impossible to eat with those horrible wooden knives and forks. You get a ceramic dinner plate but wooden utensils. It was impossible for me to cut through the chicken with those utensils. I couldn't finish it all. Server forgot to supply necessary sides. Probably better to take out than eat in. Will not be back to that location. Also the entry door was broken. Slams shut with a big bang. Do better.

They ALWAYS forget something in my take out order even though I tell them to triple check because I don’t live in town.
Excuse for YEARS now is “we are under staffed”. If I’m paying 100% I expect 100%. I don’t get a “we are understaffed” discount because they WILL screw up your order. Out of 10 they mess up 8 times.

Stopped last minute with my wife last week (wed Jan 22)on a stormy evening. Snowing like crazy outside. Inside though it was nice and warm, staff at the counter was excellent! Quarter chicken dinners were top notch. Place was clean! Really nice experience. Lady running the til that evening was especially accommodating and really nice. She had just moved up recently from Niagara Falls. Hope she gets a raise.. she deserves one. Employees like that make customers come back!😊
