The location in Hanover Ontario is pathetic. We have only eaten there once because every other time they don't sell or have the itemm we wanted. Absolutely pathetic location. I completed about cold tasteless food the only time we are there & they still haven't answered that complaint from 3 months ago. Sad location

Went here for supper tonight with my little family. Food got brought to us, and the perogies were MAYBE lukewarm. My rotisserie chicken was pink, I was told it was cooked to temp, but not a chance am I risking that with my 3 year old eating it - let alone myself. I got the festive special, and had to ask for the chocolate and scratch ticket that are supposed to be included. Also not one apology for any of the mishaps.

Food was terribly put together, only came with three donuts when it’s supposed to be 10 and also missing the caramel sauce. Tried to call the store at 740pm when they close at 8pm and the phones were already turned off.

Food was good but... impossible to eat with those horrible wooden knives and forks. You get a ceramic dinner plate but wooden utensils. It was impossible for me to cut through the chicken with those utensils. I couldn't finish it all. Server forgot to supply necessary sides. Probably better to take out than eat in. Will not be back to that location. Also the entry door was broken. Slams shut with a big bang. Do better.

They ALWAYS forget something in my take out order even though I tell them to triple check because I don’t live in town.
Excuse for YEARS now is “we are under staffed”. If I’m paying 100% I expect 100%. I don’t get a “we are understaffed” discount because they WILL screw up your order. Out of 10 they mess up 8 times.

Stopped in Hanover, ON for a quick meal with our family. Service was quick and efficient. Food was delicious. What stood out was the staff who were friendly and went above and beyond by ensuring our kids were occupied while waiting for their meal. Will definitely stop it again soon!
