Stopped last minute with my wife last week (wed Jan 22)on a stormy evening. Snowing like crazy outside. Inside though it was nice and warm, staff at the counter was excellent! Quarter chicken dinners were top notch. Place was clean! Really nice experience. Lady running the til that evening was especially accommodating and really nice. She had just moved up recently from Niagara Falls. Hope she gets a raise.. she deserves one. Employees like that make customers come back!😊

My husband and I ordered a curbside take-out last week. My husband pulled into the parking lot and notified the app that he was there and spot number. He waited 15 minutes, then went into the store. The counter attendant spat at him, "I called that order 15 minutes ago!" My husband said that it was a curbside, and that the food was now cold. The counter attendant yelled, "it's not cold!" My husband was mortified and left with the food. The hot food was cold, my salad was wilted, the dressing was hot in the packet. AND the meal cost $52 with tax and a tip. Too expensive for horrible service and cold food. We will not be Swissing anytime soon. This used to be a really good sit down or take-out restaurant, but the quality has been declining for many years. And this was just the last meal at the Swiss. Too bad, it was a great Canadian company at one time.

Went for Thanksgiving special (2 dinners) at drive-thru. When we got home we did not have the requested 2 salads, only one was provided; we did not recieve any potato/fries amd no cranberry sauce. This is not the first time our order has not been completed as ordered and paid for. Disappointing as this is the only Swiss Chalet in the area. Food is good tho...

Waited 45 mins to get our food order placed at 6.19 and finally got to walk out at 7.03! No dipping sause provided for one of the meals. Food was luke warm at best and chicken were both very small. No apologies provided and staff would not even look at you if you approached the counter to find out how much longer. Definitely not the service expected for 43$.

Ordered a quarter chicken dinner. Chicken, fries and gravy were all good, but the bun was as hard as a rock.
Our first experience at this location. The first time our order was not as expected the portion and quality was not worth the money spent. Today we thought we would give it another chance and was here at 6pm and tried to order chicken and was told they did not have any. NO CHICKEN AT SWISS CHALET SERIOUSLY!!! We will not be back to this location ever.

I might work here, but I did also eat here as to why I'm placing a review, and I think the menu has a vast selection and anyone looking for fast food, should definitely give harveys and or/ Swiss chalet a try.

Take out for dinner last evening. The 1/4 chicken dinner with white meat, fries, roll, Signature Chalet Chicken soup and dipping sauce were done perfectly! Service was quick and restaurant was super clean! Always recommend this location.
