Food was good but... impossible to eat with those horrible wooden knives and forks. You get a ceramic dinner plate but wooden utensils. It was impossible for me to cut through the chicken with those utensils. I couldn't finish it all. Server forgot to supply necessary sides. Probably better to take out than eat in. Will not be back to that location. Also the entry door was broken. Slams shut with a big bang. Do better.

They ALWAYS forget something in my take out order even though I tell them to triple check because I don’t live in town.
Excuse for YEARS now is “we are under staffed”. If I’m paying 100% I expect 100%. I don’t get a “we are understaffed” discount because they WILL screw up your order. Out of 10 they mess up 8 times.

Stopped in Hanover, ON for a quick meal with our family. Service was quick and efficient. Food was delicious. What stood out was the staff who were friendly and went above and beyond by ensuring our kids were occupied while waiting for their meal. Will definitely stop it again soon! Thank you for making this an exceptional family dining experience!
