Yikes. Not only did I just have to wait 15 mins for some reason for one coffee, get to the window just to be told it’s going to be another 4 mins for a “freshly brewed pot” after 20 mins of waiting in the drive-thru my coffee is burnt. Every time I come to this Tim Hortons it just keeps getting worse.

The staffs in this Tim Hortons are very efficient and customer focus. Two cashiers are taking orders from walk-in customers all the time. I can order my food right away. Compare to the Tim in Burlingron that I went to with no staff at the cash all the time, this place is great. Moreover one staff brings food to my table without my asking. I say this place gives good service.

I visited a Tim Hortons restaurant. The exterior was a bit run down. I didn't try the food, but the service was okay. Prices were reasonable.

We have been there twice and the time we ordered the pizza and it had hair In it. We then came back two days later to get a drink and timbits I stood at the counter waiting for someone to serve me. They where all standing around talking completely ignored me they saw me but said nothing.Only to see they had another till but I couldn’t see it until I stepped back and saw it. I went over there and I guess they kids had to finish their conversation first.Then the young man came and took my order .I paid for my timbits he then went back to chat and I didn’t get my timbits yet he had to talk again as I waited 3 minutes. I was pissed only to
Leave and yep hair in the timbits I’m beyond angry and very disgusted with Tim Hortons in Hanover You really need somone in management that can get this situation cleaned up

The young man on the till greeted me very well, was quick & got my order correct. The coffee was hot & flavourful, the Dutchie was super fresh. All in all a very good experience.

I’ve order through the mobile app quite a few times and every time it has not been ready even after 10-15 minutes for a drink. I always have to line up and ask for the order which defeats the purpose
