A visit to Tim Hortons is usually predictable in the best way — quick service, familiar offerings, and a no-fuss experience. Unfortunately, our visit around 9 p.m. last night fell short of that standard.

I always enjoy going to this location! The staff are fantastic and so welcoming. I ordered an iced Capp, bagel and a few coffees this morning and the order was correct, completed efficiently, fresh and tasty! The ladies who served me were polite and very friendly. Keep up the good work everyone!
