An amazing experience, this isn’t my first time at this location but the ladies at the front were so welcoming and helped me with finding something new to try. Instead of my regular grab and goes, Even though I ended up not liking the drink in the end still loved the experience! Keep up the good work and thank you for such a great way to starting my day :) the only suggestion I could give is maybe adding a better scented spray in the washrooms as the smell isn’t very strong and it did smell like pee a few times I’ve come and use the washrooms.

Ordered breakfast and clerk had issues with the till. Paid and ate in. Bill seemed high so while eating I entered the same order into the mobile app. It came up almost 4 dollars cheaper. Went to clerk and asked. She responded that's because we have to enter it differently. I explained it should be the same price and she said the same thing. It's more expensive if we enter it. Explained again it should be the same price if entered in app or at till but she couldn't understand. Left 4 dollars poorer and frustrated.

I had gone in early within the morning and ordered 3 large drinks, the wait time was very short even though two of my drinks needed espresso. Very speedy I was quite pleased, the drinks were good though my double double was on the slightly water-downed side I was happy.
The young lady at the counter was nice and patient while my son took his time ordering, she maintained eye contact and smiled when he had ordered. (Though I do believe it's because he is young haha.)
I still recommend going to the other Tims on the other side of town this one will do when I'm not up for a long drive. Great work to the staff I will continue to come here. :]

The drive-thru was slow. All I ordered was a coffee and it was very burnt and disgusting.
Absolutely terrible we ordered some ice caps from them one regular one with almond milk, The almond milk one will always be a little bit darker than the original recipe. But the original ice cap that we got was so white that it was almost like we were drinking straight cream. There's absolutely no flavor to the ice cap whatsoever. We asked for a little bit of mocha on the side to stir it in ourselves to not be a inconvenience to them and they refused to give it to us. Although then they offered to make us a new one which shocker was the same color... Even after we said to put more mocha in it. Not impressed, The customer service was definitely lacking tonight not impressed

Absolutely trash of a place to go! The service isn’t fast or hardly friendly, the food isn’t very good anymore and you wait upwards to 10-15 minutes in a drive thru for one coffee, you go in and your waiting 20…. You guys need to hire more people

I can’t believe I’m saying this, I just had one of the best roast beef/steak sandwiches I’ve ever had through a Tim Hortons drive-through… I have eaten at restaurants that were $300 a person, I’ve had some of the best but this sandwich Gave me everything I ever wanted for eight dollars… I feel like Tim Hortons made an Aladdin scene out of me… A diamond in the rough!
I’m trying to figure out the next time I can have this sandwich!
