Prices in drive through should always ne displayed on the screen when ordering so you can review what you have ordered and having the dollar amount ready. This also avoids over charging customers such as our experience tonight when ordering an med ice capp with extra cream and being charged 4.69 when yesterday it was 3.69. When asking attendant what a large was worth she was sure quick to try and talk her way out saying we now charge extra for cream. Even if that's the case and extra dollar...? Wonder where the extra money goes when they cash out?

I was in the store today at appr. 6pm to purchase something with 2 other customers ahhead of me. 5 or 6 associates were walking around and serving customers in drive through. We were standing for over 5 minutes and not one of the associates had the decency to serve the customers in the store. So we walked out without buying anything.

Terrible service. Mobile Ordered two everything bagels with bacon and herb & Garlic cream cheese and then they ran out of everything bagels so they offered us 4 cheese in total even though we mobile ordered it took ten minutes and then to get home and not have the bacon which costs and an extra 5 dollars not to be on the bagels as well it’s just terrible. Train your staff better or your going to lose more customers

This Tim Hortons location features a spacious parking lot, easily accessible drive-thru, and efficient staff. I was impressed by how quickly traffic moved through the drive-thru and was happy to get my coffee in less than a few minutes.

We ordered 2 roast beef Cravables and a couple of coffees. Service was excellent , and the food was as expected for a fast food restaurant, the ciabatta was fresh as were the rest of the ingredients. Decent food and service for people on the go at a reasonable price.
Parking: On # 7 in Hanover, ON.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility was good, with all door push buttons working.

Every time, without a doubt, I have to rearrange my sandwich because they’re so sloppy. The wrapper is always covered in sauce which makes the bun super messy. The inside of the restaurant is usually nice and clean though
