The place is clean and well organized with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are all extremely nice and helpful, and also with their service. I’ve been to Wow Wings several times and the food has consistently been very good. But I went there for dinner with two friends and my girlfriend around 5:30 PM on November 22nd. I ordered the couple’s deal with honey garlic sauce on the wings for my girlfriend and I. We left shortly after 6:00 PM, and shorty before leaving my girlfriend showed me that one of the chicken wings we ordered looked hairy. I didn’t get a picture of the wing but it definitely had at least a few hairs on it. Furthermore, after I got home I started eating some of the leftovers that we had taken to go and I bit into a small metal wire, pictured in the image I’ve attached. I do really enjoy coming here but I honestly don’t know if I want to come back again.

Food was disgusting and cold. New chefs started a week ago and owner left them unattended with very minimal training- The waitress told me herself. We go monthly and after our last visit.. we won’t be back.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wow Wings, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations on every front — taste, quality, and price.
Taste (5/5): The wings at Wow Wings are simply outstanding. Every bite bursts with flavor, and the variety of sauces is impressive. Whether you like your wings tangy, spicy, sweet, or smoky, there’s something for every palate. I tried the Honey Garlic, Buffalo Hot, and Smoky BBQ flavors, and each one was perfectly balanced — not overly salty or greasy like you might find at other wing spots. The crispiness of the wings paired with the juicy, tender chicken inside made them absolutely addictive.
Quality (5/5): You can genuinely taste the freshness of the ingredients here. The chicken was cooked to perfection — crispy outside, moist and flavorful inside. The sauces tasted like they were freshly prepared, not from generic bottles. Even the sides (like fries and dips) were fresh, hot, and well-seasoned. Cleanliness of the restaurant and packaging for takeout was excellent, showing real care for both hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Price (5/5): For the quality and portion sizes, the prices at Wow Wings are very reasonable. You get generous servings for what you pay, and the combo options provide great value for groups or solo diners alike. Compared to other wing joints, I felt like I was getting a premium product without paying a premium price. It's a rare balance to find high quality and fair pricing, and Wow Wings nails it.
I have come to this loaction a handful of times and always receive Tremendous service from Alli. With a packed bar, she was calm and composed while I asked a ton of questions about their weekend specials. She took the time to answer everything. She takes the time to ensure everyone's orders are correct, and genuinely cares about the patrons that come in. The wings are great, but the ceaser wrap is top notch!

BUYER BEWARE. This was our first time here. We love wings and we were excited to try out Wow Wings. We waited forever for everything... our meal came in pieces. Wings first, ten minutes later fries came (and had to send them back because they were wrong), twenty minutes later and a reminder to the waitress and our salad finally came. We got our own colouring sheets and crayons for the kids as we were never offered any by the server. We had to ask for extra plates despite it being obvious that our meal was going to be shared by 4 people. We helped ourselves to our own takeout boxes as well, as we were never offered any. We waited an additional 20+ minutes for our bills before going up to ask for them, which is when we were told to pay at the til. Another lady at our table requested to cancel her salad after she hadn't received it for over 40+ minutes since everyone else got their food - they wouldn't let her cancel it and assured it would be right out. She waited another 10+ minutes for her chicken ceaser salad. No discount offered to her either. We left feeling so disappointed. I should add that there was only two people sitting at the bar when we arrived and the rest of the place was empty.

Unfortunately, the food was not up to their usual standards. We were a party of three. Each of us received our food separately. The final dish to be served was quite late. And was cold. It felt like it has been sitting on the counter waiting to be served for a long time. Not sure what happened, but it likely won't be my first choice of a restaurant in the future.

I was regularly ordering Markham special. It was all good until last month. It’s terrible now, the fries didn’t had the regular sauce and I asked for extra onions and spice and it came out even lesser than regular. Also I asked for extra sauce and they put sour cream on fries instead of regualar sauce.
