I stopped in to grab something for lunch while I was out for a walk, and I was so very surprised to stumble across Mays!
It’s beautiful and it smells absolutely heavenly inside! If you haven’t been, definitely do yourself a favour and go try some of the delicious food at the cafe!
I grabbed an egg salad sandwich, and it was by far one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had!
Thank you for the amazing food! I will definitely be back to try some other beautiful dishes!

May is great! I would recommend the jerk chicken wrap, it's delicious! Also her juices are very good and fresh. It's a great place to get a coffee or a bite to eat.

If you are lucky enough to stop in here on your way through Harriston, then you have certainly hit the jackpot. May offers incredible cultural food options bursting with flavor. She also offers classic and traditional style sandwiches with incredible flavors. I would highly recommend May's cafe at the old Post. Since she took over the business. There is no doubt that it is the best spot to eat in Harriston and it truly is a hidden gem. If you have the opportunity to book one of her private small seating dinners, you will not be disappointed either. She prepares an amazing full course meal with complimenting flavors from around the world. THIS RESTAURANT IS A MUST ATTEND!

Had the most delicious jerk chicken wrap here today! The owner and chef was so friendly too and clearly is good at what she does. I will definitely be back.

I was here a couple days ago, had a cappuccino and bought Jamaican patties to bring home.
Best cappuccino I've ever had and the Jamaican patties were just like the ones I had as teen! The woman there was delightful and suggested I try struggled patties and omgoodness! It was delish!! I highly recommend giving this place a try!

Had lunch today at May's Cafe in Harriston. What a great lunch. The sandwiches my friend and I had, a tuna sandwich and a turkey caesar wrap were delicious and made fresh to order. Locally sourced produce. Our hostess, May herself, was an absolutely beautiful person. She obviously takes great pride in her work and the service was incredible. She is a lovely lady and we are so very glad we got to meet her and spend some time talking with her. We will definitely be returning.

My husband and I stopped for takeout on our way through town. We had the jerk chicken and sweet chili chicken wraps and they were delicious! The service was friendly and we highly recommend stopping by!

Stopped in for breakfast. My latte was DELICIOUS and they were able to accommodate my gluten allergy. We all had bacon and egg sandwiches. Fresh and tasty!!

Today was the 2nd time my sisters and I have visited May’s. Each time the service, quality of food and amazing friendly staff has all been top notch. If you are passing through Harriston, stop and have a bite.

Delicious baked goods! May herself is very warm and welcoming too!
