A family member hired T&M BBQ Catering for their wedding reception and I was very impressed by their service. They arrived on time, set up their professional event trailers, and cooked everything on-site. The food was delicious and plentiful. The guests loved choosing their own steak from the barbecue and enjoying the variety of salads, hot vegetables, rolls, and desserts. The staff was courteous, friendly, and efficient. They cleaned up everything after the event and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend T&M BBQ Catering to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and tasty catering option for any occasion. We hired T&M BBQ to cater for my dad's celebration of life and he would've loved it; everyone was so happy with the food!! I'm eating a piece of cake that was leftover and it reminded me to leave a review. Fred and Debbie are so nice, and were fantastic to work with! We used T&M BBQ Catering for our wedding a few weeks ago. The food was amazing and everyone really enjoyed it. Unfortunately the customer service was not as great. They increased our price from our original quote by $5/plate and did not inform us of the price increase until 3 weeks before the wedding. We also were informed 3 weeks before the wedding that we would not be able to do our speeches during dinner which was stressful to find out with such short notice because at this point we had already had our schedule and timeline made with the wedding being so close. Later they agreed to allow us to have our wedding timeline the way we hoped by including speeches in dinner but only for an additional charge. During the wedding day we were approached rather unprofessionally right as we were eating our dinner. The owner also started the truck which was parked directly beside our tent and drove out during the middle of my husband and I’s Thank You speech causing guests to not hear all of our speech. Overall we really enjoyed the food, but were very disappointed with the customer service especially because we had heard such great things about the company. Not sure if the poor customer service we received and added stress to our day was worth the good food.

This business catered a smoked pork chop dinner at the Formosa homecoming. I must say the dinner exceeded my expectations. It was served outside in the new roofed arena. I received a large, big as my hand! smoked pork chop, an entire smoked sausage (about 8” or more), a baked potato, Caesar salad and steamed baby carrots. And a crusty bun, and a homemade butter tart. Generous condiments of sour cream, butter and mustard. The smoked pork chop was so tender I could cut it with my plastic fork! Baked potato was steaming hot and fluffy soft. Carrots still had some crunch, but warm and tender. Caesar salad was well coated with dressing. There was a gentleman, who walked around the arena, checking with for feedback on the meal, and I’m sure he heard rave reviews. I had to save the sausage and butter tart for the next day, but again, both so delicious. I was at a wedding this business catered in the summer of 2020, when there was a brief time during Covid restrictions, that you could have 100 guests. Again, the meal was delicious, even with restrictions for serving and social distancing in place. Highly recommend them for any function you need catered.
T&M came in to cater a work event. Our employees raved about the food. The caterers were friendly and funny. I would definitely use their services again. Could not be happier!
