I ordered a medium steeped tea through the mobile app and waited at the pickup counter. The lady came out, mumbled “mobile order,” slid my drink across the counter, and walked away without even looking at me. No greeting, no courtesy, nothing. That’s absolutely unacceptable customer service. The way she treated me was rude and disrespectful — even other customers noticed how awkward it was. If you can’t even hand a coffee properly or acknowledge a customer, maybe you shouldn’t be at the front counter. Very disappointing experience for a place like Tim Hortons.

I’ve been waiting for my order and the workers said my card got declined even though it didn’t and I have the receipt and it’s been 50 minutes waiting for my order. I want my food or a refund.

Horrible experience here!!! I will never be going here again! The girl at the cashier wasn’t listening to me, cause she got my order wrong and I had to repeat it at least three times! I ordered potato wedges and they came all soggy and cold! And there were barely any in the container! My son had to wait at least 20 minutes for his frozen lemonade, and we asked four times! The employees are yelling! and the guy’s order before me, had gotten a drink which was spelt all over the sides! And wasn’t mixed properly! I think a girl also stuck her fingers in the drink.
Which is absolutely disgusting!!!

Extremely Disrespectful and Unacceptable Serious Complaint

I’m writing this with deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at Tim Hortons. I had very clearly ordered an Everything Bagel single toasted with butter, crispy onions, hashbrown, tomatoes, and lettuce. This was meant to be a fully vegetarian order.

To my utter shock and disgust, I was served a non-vegetarian bagel with sausage inside.

As a Hindu, I do not consume beef or meat products, and this act is not just a dietary mistake it is a complete disregard for my religious beliefs and personal values. Eating meat, especially unknowingly, is deeply offensive and spiritually distressing for me.

This is not a small error. It’s a serious breach of trust, and it raises questions about your staff’s training, attention to detail, and basic respect for customer instructions and cultural sensitivity. I expect far better from an established brand like Tim Hortons.

I strongly urge your management to take this matter seriously, implement stricter checks for dietary restrictions, and train your staff properly to prevent such careless and offensive mistakes in the future.

You have not just lost my trust, you’ve disrespected my beliefs.

EASILY one of the most poorly managed & run Timhortons. Why advertise being being 24/7 when 95% of your menu isnt available at 5AM ? Staff standing around doing nothing & get told breakfast isnt ready ... pathetic!

This is the first time i am disappointed with the Tim hortons services, yesterday a lady working in there told me I can't park my truck on the side of road even though I was not blocking any traffic and it was safe parking. She told me that I can't serve you.
secondly, I was waiting for last three hours for Tim Hortons to get a coffee. I do need food also, but she was so rude that's why i thought to remain hungry rather than buying food from them.
