I’m ben going to the Tim Hortons in Harriston for at least the last four years,
Every day I get nothing but good service very clean place cleanest I’ve ever seen a Tim Hortons and I’ve been to a lot of them head Supervisor is always nice and Comfortable to talk to if there is a mixup on an order kindly enough to fix the order without any problems I used to go there 10 years ago, but the service sucks so bad not clean rude stuff so whatever that supervisor is doing keep it up because it’s working. I go out of my way to go to the Tim Hortons after the time I believe her name is Kathy head supervisor That is your name then Kathy keep up the good work

Aatuch the supervisor is extremely rude to his employees & customers , i heard him raising his voice multiple times putting down his employees over little mistakes also he messed up my order and i simply asked him if he can get me a new drink since it was the wrong one he served me & he replied with attitude and a very aggressive tone of voice. I will be filing a complaint for this company for unprofessional customer service.

A worker named Sarah screamed at myself and another lady non stop for using the washroom because she claimed she was cleaning it (we waited and looked around for who the cleaner but the washroom was empty for 5 min) she screamed at us while we were peeing, kept screaming at us while washing our hands and would not stop while we were both apologizing and I explained I have a medical condition. Sarah was blinded with anger and took it out on us. The other customers and employees were shocked with what was going on and the supervisor asked Sarah why she was yelling at customers and apologized on her behalf and explained it was because they were understaffed and stressed. I was deeply uncomfortable and anxious because I have never been berated at so relentlessly by a worker. Sarah needs anger management classes and is a danger to customers at Tim Hortons. I guess next time I should just piss on the floor for her to be happy.

Reading all these negative reviews clearly indicates that this Tim's location has issues. My colleague and his girlfriend recently got a puppy in the area, and after a long drive, we decided to stop by for coffee. Since there was no signage indicating that animals were not allowed in the store, we brought the puppy inside. After placing our order, the staff member serving us was quite rude, but we chose to overlook it. Shortly after, we received a notification that our order was ready. Then, a woman with a very rude demeanor approached us and stated that we could not bring the small puppy (weighing 3 lbs) inside. We apologized and explained that there was no sign at the door. If there had been a sign, we would not have entered, and one of us would have just ordered. The staff that served us should have informed us of this policy before we placed our order, rather than telling us ten minutes after we arrived that we couldn’t have the puppy with us. I hope that after reading this review, they will consider putting up a sign at the door to warn others not to enter with pets.
Attached photos NO SIGNAGE AT THE DOOR.
