We came here after not looking at closing times of restaurants around town. Our stupid fault. Tracey let us know she had no cook, but she could make us something even though she was alone. We hadn't eaten all day, so this was a godsend since there was no other option. We did not expect to eat the best breaded wings ever and amazing fries. Tracey was so amazing and made us feel so at home. We will come back to Colchester just to see her again and enjoy the wings.
Sailed our boat into Colchester harbour mid week for lunch.Waterfront restaurants were closed so we walked up to the Colchester bar , with scepticism , as we don't dress in " leathers or colours" on a boat .What a nice surprise though .Best pulled pork sandwich in the county , staff was super nice and the atmosphere was down to earthy .Will wear some black clothes next time though . HaHa
The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food itself was solid. Everything we ordered tasted good, and it’s clear they care about quality.
