Sailed our boat into Colchester harbour mid week for lunch.Waterfront restaurants were closed so we walked up to the Colchester bar , with scepticism , as we don't dress in " leathers or colours" on a boat .What a nice surprise though .Best pulled pork sandwich in the county , staff was super nice and the atmosphere was down to earthy .Will wear some black clothes next time though . HaHa
Immediately upon entering CBG's, you are greeted with great service and enjoyable atmosphere. I had the 1/2lb Cheeseburger and fries. Burger was done to perfection, generous amount of home cut fries - crispy and delicious. My server Lexi was pleasant and on the ball with drink refills and prompt, friendly service. A true gem in the village of Colchesterm highly recommend to anyone seeking a good time and great food. Much to be commended Colchester Bar & Grill!
