Was disappointed on this past Saturdays visit. Was happy to take my friend to show them my past experiences, which were great.Server girl saw us sit down, served another table that came in after us.Didnt check to see how were enjoying anything, brought us nopeppers or cheese. No basil leaves on our pizza just a couple cut piece. Very disappointing

This is always a "must visit" stop for us. High-quality wines. Much better than other regions. Their wines never disappoint!!

Came here for an office outing for work. Never had been to this place but passed it so many times. The setting is beyond gorgeous, and the red wine was so incredibly smooth. Most of all, I enjoyed the Parma pizza. This has to be one of the finest oven cooked pizzas I have ever tasted, as the prosciutto and arugula were bursting with flavor. No complaints here, would love to go back again.10 /10

A brilliant gem nestled in wine country. Gorgeous grounds, including 2 billy goats, as well as lovely patio. Pizza from oven on weekends. But best of all..Melissa is a wonderful, personable, knowledgeable and passionate advocate for her family's winery. And the wine is spectacular! Give it a try!

Keep in mind we told the winery we had an autistic woman (me)She did not care. The owner ruined it for my group. I have never in my life been spoken to in such a disrespectful way.The property was lovely at the start, with cats, goats and chickens running around that you could pet (or not) . Waitresses were very nice, the pizza was a 3star rating but “Nonna” ruined it for all of us. I have never met a woman as mean or as angry as her.It was my first wine tour, and I was visiting my Canadian (and only) family after 4 years. The waitresses said we could pet all of the animals (including the chickens). There was no sign not to enter, and no lock on the small coop, we assumed it was part of the experience. We went in for 5 minutes, left immediately because those poor chickens were not cared for. They had no wings, just bare bones sticking out (and bugs crawling between the bones), no feathers on most of their body’s, it was so sickening they were so malnourished5 minutes later “Nonna” comes out; she starts screaming at us that we are worse than children, and to go back to where we came from.I said “We’re sorry! There was no do not pet sign we thought this was part of the animal experience” she blew up and said “oh yeah? you’re sorry?! you’re sorry?!?! your sorry means nothing to me, go back to where they have no manners!” I said again , I’m sorry we didn’t know.” She exploded, cursing me out, saying there’s no sign in the house, so go sleep in my bed, you __________Lots of swearsShe also went to my aunties and told them “you should be ashamed by the people you associate with”.The waitress apologized for her as this is apparently a common occurrence.I will say that at our 3rd and final winery, I met a woman in the bathroom when I was calling to telling my boyfriend about the experience. She overheard me, and told me about her tragic experience at the same place. She was the one that told me the old lady’s name was “Nonna” and that she had been disrespectful to her and her kids everytime she went there. She told me she went there with her 2 kids, had checked in before hand, and “Nonna” came up to her complaining about her kids running around (on acres on flat grass) and told her she had to make an appointment, get approved, and then sign in and to not bring her unruly kids to her property before hand. (It happened 3 times within 3 visits over 2 years) When she said she had already checked in, “Nonna” told her not to come back with them or the attitude.Beautiful establishment, I wanted to give 5 stars for the workers but that lady is so extremely awful.Don’t go here. If you want better wine, (and people who can actually explain the wine instead of just setting it down) better atmosphere, and better owners,we had a great experience at North 42 Degrees Estate Winery!!!I promise, they’re respectful and sensitive to the customer, plus they have a lovely shop with their natural lavender beauty supplies.Bottom line- muscedere vineyards = 0 starsI wish I could forget my experience here.

Muscadere is becoming a must stop each time I visit Ontario. Thank you to Melisa and Mario for the hospitality. The pizza and wine are a perfect combo in the summer!Till next time!

The setting here is gorgeous, the staff were friendly and informative taking the time to describe each wine. Also so cool they have animals on the estate as well! They do have wood fired pizzas, we didn't get any food here, but they looked sizeable. Also gelato is available as well! One thing to note is that the tastings are set flights of three wines and not selecting what you'd like from a list. We had six wines and our favorites were the Syrah and the Cab Sauv.Worth a stop on your winery adventures.

No one ever came to the picnic table we were directed to sit at. Waited over 20 minutes.

Phenomenal pizza. Recommend the Cabernet Franc for the red wine lovers.

Monday was a perfect day to enjoy delicious pizza and rose wine. It was blistering hot in the sun, but the massive gazebo and fans provided shade and a cooling breeze. Tempting to bring a book and a hammock chair.... Thank you for a refreshing time.

TL;DR: Rude, unwelcoming staff. Avoid if you care about good customer serviceWe arrived at 11am on a Friday. The place was nearly empty - besides two of us, there was only one group of three people there. The waitress gave us a menu, and we told her we wanted to walk around and see the animals, and then would sit down for a tasting. She said sure that’s fine. As we were finishing walking around the outdoor grounds and about to head back to the patio for the tasting, one of the owners yells to us from 20m away “can I help you?” We say “we’re just walking around at the moment” and she yells “we are not a public park, we are a business and we sell stuff”. If you want people to buy something before they walk around your grounds, have a sign stating this or have your staff tell customers this. We told your waitress we wanted to walk around and then would do the tasting, and she didn’t object to this. Needless to say we did not stay for the tasting.(The only reason they got 2 stars is they had adorable goats on the property that you could pet)

What a great unexpected stop. We had two different flights and ended up buying three bottles of wine.

Lovely country atmosphere and delicious wines. They also have a gluten free pizza. Its cooked in the same oven but on a separate tray.
