Original Guys Pizza Pies - OG Pizza (Harrow)

Have ordered from you since you opened in Harrow. Saturday my son ordered from you. 1st time ever, I was so disappointed. Burnt crust, very little toppings. Cook did a terrible job.

Great homemade garlic sauce for pizza - highly recommend!

Third time they said 45 mins …. An hour snd45 mins never again ….. poor customer service poor timing you can’t keep up with orders just say it

The pizza is amazing if a little expensive however lately every time we order something is missing or not right in the order. The past 2 times the dipping sauce we order which is 1.80 a container the delivery person has had to go back to the store to get it. The time before that they didn't put the garlic butter on the crust I'm not sure what they charge for that. A time before that they brought the boneless wings sauced incorrectly. The staff are always great and immediately correct it but it's still frustrating and causes delays to dinner and things get cold waiting.

Sorry but this place has gone down hill. Order is always late and pizza is soggy and very light on the toppings. Price has also become ridiculous, King and a Small $100. Think part of the problem is that the owner is never on the premises to supervise all the young kids running the show.

Ordered a pizza told me it would be 1 hour wait for pick up went there 1 hour like they said and didn't even start making my pizza if your that busy just tell me I will go somewhere else never again will I order from there

Ordered pizza, I called 2.5 hours later asking if it’s still on its way or even made. She said oh yeah it should be in its way. Pizza arrives 30 minutes later stone cold. 3 hours waiting for cold pizza that was probably sitting around and forgotten. I get it mistakes happen but she didn't act the least bit apologetic she just said “oh ….. um…we got busy”

On multiple occasions we have ordered food from here and it's taken quite a bit of time to get here but we understand it's busy, but tonight was a little ridiculous. We placed an order at 5:45pm, around 7:30pm we called because the food hasn't showed up gave the phone number and said they would take a look. We were on hold for 10 minutes, so we hung up and called back. We finally got a answer and said it hasn't even been made yet. This is 2 hours after the order was placed. Order was cancelled and not sure if we are going to be ordering again anytime soon.
