Multiple times I’ve ordered through the app just for them to tell me when I get there that they have no more and can’t do refunds unless you want a gift card which is ridiculous. Their afternoon shift clearly needs some attention. No coordination at all. Today, Waited 15 minutes for food that I ordered 10 minutes in advance and they almost made me late for work. You expect a lot better from Tim Hortons

Your drive-through needs to be quicker and you need more people inside 15 minutes in a drive-through almost every day is ridiculous. Do better.

I was there Tues, the cappuccino was light and almost perfect, wed it was too much coffee and the flavour was not there, Thurs it was even heavier and it was grose, Friday even worse and Saturday couldn't even drink it.

A cappuccino is so many shots of espresso depending in size, usually half full, and the remaining is frothed milk.

They are topping up the coffee to fill the cup and ruining the cappuccino and not a coffee.

Why do I keep going back? Because I moved and haven't found my own coffee maker.

But Timmy's is going down, bagels are barely cut, you get no cream cheese, the frill cheese has solid cheese slices in the middle, and they have downsized and lowered their quality.
