Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti/Pisano's Old School Harrowsmith

After waiting almost 2 hours for food, our fettuccine Alfredo only had 4 pieces of chicken and about half the portion it used to be, but still the same expensive price, garlic bread wasn't toasted and didn't have the cheese that we ordered on it.

ordered a pizza that came late, i chased the driver down the driveway just for him to tell me he forgot the pizza. we called and they said we would get a discount possibly a free pizza. after over an hour of waiting he came back and we got the pizza for 60$… 5$ off is not much of a discount after waiting. we got charged the wrong amount for distance, pizza was cold and soggy.

If I can do 0 stars I would. The delivery driver forgot our pizza made us wait another hour after he showed up to our house we had to chase him down our driveway just to tell us that he forgot our pizza. Just to still have to pay over full price for the pizza.

I ordered a Meat lovers Gino's Giant, got the pizza 25 minutes after they said it was going to be here and the delivery driver forgot the pizza. The pizza is cold, doesn't taste the best and not good service at all. I also ordered a pizza last night and the same guy. Our card was not working in the debit machine so he was getting frustrated until we paid with cash. Not very impressed.

The food has gone downhill. The last few times we've gone in and ordered our food has been burnt. Yesterday we ordered delivery and only received half our order after waiting an hour and a half (delivery time is understandable due to it being New Year's Day, I imagine they were busy) I called and let them know we're missing half our order and received no apology but was told the rest of our food would be to us in about 30 mins. So in the end we waited 2 hours to get burnt wings, soggy fries and an uncooked pinsa. We kept hoping that the poor food quality was just from the people working the afternoon weekend shift but after ordering last night we've realized it's just how it is now.

Great pizza not so on the French fries though they are an oily soggy mess tried three different times and each time the fries were almost inedible
