Hi We just picked up our order and we did not get the won ton soup nor the sweet and sour ribs yet we paid for dinner for 2 and 2 won ton soup tried calling you but no answer Shannon called me back and I explained the situation she has taken control and rectified the situation great customer service Shannon!!!!!

We hadn’t ordered from here in a while and we weren’t disappointed . All the food was hot and delicious. The cashier mentioned soya sauce in an egg roll , yes it tastes great. Just use sparingly. Yum

You can only get take out here since covid, and the prices keep going up, there was an increase when I ordered in January 2024 and again today, and not by five cent, we are talking price increase of $.65 - $1.00 on just about everything on the menu, I have been going to this restaurant since the late 1970's and has always been good but it keeps going down hill, this is the last time I will be going back. This time the green peppers were old and bitter tasting and the beef was old and no flavor, they have changed the sweet & sour sauce to a way cheaper/ no flavor one. We bought over $80.00 worth of food and am so disappointed. We won't be returning again.

Good food, generous portions! No dine - in options, don’t think you would want to as it’s dark and outdated inside. Looks clean though. Only open a few hours and not every day. I recommend as long as the owner is cooking the food .

Totally worth the trip

This place is great for nostalgia, having been here for years. It's a staple in the community. But, on my last visit I found it to be dark, with no eat in option, and tired. This restaurant has long past it's heyday unfortunately. The food is good, but compared with Canadian Chinese in other communities, it is average. Tasty, but limited choices. All the favourite staples from years past are on the menu which is nice to see. Some restaurants no longer make dishes like Moo Goo Gai Pan and Egg Foo Young.It's still a go-to spot, don't get me wrong. But there are definitely better out there, just a fair distance away.

Ordered takeout for the first time. I got sesame chicken and pork lo mein noodles. It was pretty good, and there's not too many much options in Havelock. I have to say, portions are large. With these two items you could feed 3-4 people. The chicken is made very well, it's quite tender and not heavily breaded.. Sauce comes on the side so you can mix it yourself.Would definitely order here again.
