I bought the limited time footlong dorito nachos. The first image is what I thought I was ordering. The second is what I received. It was missing many toppings and was way smaller than advertised.
This subway literally doesn’t take coupons for literally no reason, they just say we don’t accept them. Shouldn’t be allowed at all if subway gives out coupon for use we should be allowed to use them
This location doesn't participate in almost any of the promotional sales. They deliver coupons to my address 3 minutes away from this subway and they don't honour the coupons. I used to get subway 2 or 3 times a week but now with a foot long over 10 dollars and no deals I have taken my business elsewhere.
April 1st my wife and I were on our way home to madoc when we stopped at Subway in Havelock and once inside after a few moments we couldn't believe what we saw from the staff it was absolutely discusting how the one staff member treated a lady customer,He lettery made the lady start crying because she ordered a $50 order on line for her and her kids which were out of power because of the ice storm and when she came in to pick up the order the staff member which was east Indian not that that matters told the lady they had no bread. And she would have to wait 1 hour before it would be ready. She politely ask for her money back since her children were hungry and that she would get them something else and the staff member told her that he wasn't going to give her money back. Everyone in the subway ask him to give her back her money. This lady was so polite but the staff member was being a dick. She even asked for the owners number and he said no. Just then another customer a gentleman reached in his pocket and gave the lady $50 cash out of his own pocket and told her to go get her children something to eat. Before this goes on social media I and every customer in subway would like head office to remove the senior staff member removed from that store that's who he said he was. I also have all of this on video. Everyone left the subway and didn't bother to eat there which is also on video. So you have 2 days to respond to this message or I am going to blow this up. All I'm asking is for some justice for that poor lady what happened to he customer comes first. My wife and I are in our 60 s so this is not a kid sending this. My wife and I will never step foot in Havelock subway again. On our way to madoc we ate at the Marmara subway very pleasent experience.
Terrible quality, poor customer service and always closed 45 minutes before set close time.

Horrible costumer service. We been driving from Ottawa all evening finally stopped to grab some food I have a small dog I was not able to leave in the car, I’ve gone into soooo many subways with my dog to get a sandwich it never been a problem. When we arrived it was shortly after 9pm the restaurant was EMPTY not a single person inside. The guy working was super rude.. refused to make us sandwiches(I’m sure the owner would be super happy about the loss of business considering the restaurant was empty) and was just over all disgusting with his behaviour!! I bet he just didn’t feel like having to clean up after we left that’s why he didn’t want to make our food.. lazy and rude!! I’m just happy his car was parked in the back lol ;)

employee was busy chatting away on his phone while making orders, too busy talking to actually do his job so his co worker came to help him rather than deal with the customers in the building. and after several minutes they finally looked up from their counter and said “sorry just one moment” before going back to the online order while chatting away on the phone. this whole time that 1 employee was still working on just 1 wrap but was too busy on the phone that it took him several minutes to finish 1 wrap, that looked disgusting and abused, and the other employee made 2 in the process of #1 struggling on the phone. just a tip, if you get off your damn phones while in FOOD SERVICE maybe there wouldn’t be any issue. very appalling, i just walked out

Wow....we could have eaten at a sit down restaurants for the same price and gotten lots more food. Disappointing.
