Horrible costumer service. We been driving from Ottawa all evening finally stopped to grab some food I have a small dog I was not able to leave in the car, I’ve gone into soooo many subways with my dog to get a sandwich it never been a problem. When we arrived it was shortly after 9pm the restaurant was EMPTY not a single person inside. The guy working was super rude.. refused to make us sandwiches(I’m sure the owner would be super happy about the loss of business considering the restaurant was empty) and was just over all disgusting with his behaviour!! I bet he just didn’t feel like having to clean up after we left that’s why he didn’t want to make our food.. lazy and rude!! I’m just happy his car was parked in the back lol ;)

employee was busy chatting away on his phone while making orders, too busy talking to actually do his job so his co worker came to help him rather than deal with the customers in the building. and after several minutes they finally looked up from their counter and said “sorry just one moment” before going back to the online order while chatting away on the phone. this whole time that 1 employee was still working on just 1 wrap but was too busy on the phone that it took him several minutes to finish 1 wrap, that looked disgusting and abused, and the other employee made 2 in the process of #1 struggling on the phone. just a tip, if you get off your damn phones while in FOOD SERVICE maybe there wouldn’t be any issue. very appalling, i just walked out

I learned of a 2 for 1 deal and decided to feed four of us with Subway. The gentleman said u needed to download the app to get the deal, I sat and downloaded the app and ordered my subs, but not all were in the deal. After placing my order with the app I still had to order 2 other subs only to find out I didn't use the app right. The cashier said I needed to learn how to use the app. I think I'll learn how to make my own subs instead. Foodland here I come.

According to Google, its suppose to close at 10 Pm but when i reach their at 9:29 pm, they closed it and said it closses at 9:30. Thanks to Tim hortons on next street, atleast got good coffee their.

I have been here quite a few times, and after my last visit, I will not be back. I should have walked out of the establishment when I saw dried up, old, rotted tomato slices stuck to the side of the container that they were kept in. That container had not been cleaned in many days, just disgusting. Needless to say, I didn't put tomatoes on my sandwich. This made me worry about what I was unable to see. I'm sure this place is riddled with bacteria. The head office should pay a surprise visit or, better yet, the Health department. The spinach was wilted and starting to rot. In addition, I have a hypersensitive sense of smell and kept smelling dirty, wet towels while my sandwich was being made. Once I unwrapped my sandwich, I realized the smell was coming off of the food board that the sandwiches were being made on. The wrapper stunk of that horrible smell. It made me lose my appetite. It stunk of the dirty towel they used to wipe down the food prep board, just disgusting. I will never be back again. This place is disgusting.
