Ran out of chicken soup and had to refund my order. The staff told me they were told not to make more. We are in a snow storm, hot chicken soup would have been nice.
Staff were nice but seem super frustrated with the management of the company as we all are.

I had my breakfast sandwich made by Jill. It was the best breakfast I've had at Tim's for months. My wife's was also well prepared. Thank you Jill for making my morning, and starting my day perfect. The sandwiches were perfectly toasted, and care was shown, instead of it just being thrown together

I have been to Tim Hortons all across Canada and also others in the USA and this is hands down the fastest service you will find. By the time I get to the window from the drive thru speaker they are handing my order out the window and I am on my way. If you’re in havelock make sure to stop here!

I had an excellent experience at this Tim Hortons today, thanks to a young trainee boy who truly went above and beyond. Despite being new on the job, he provided outstanding service polite, patient, and very attentive. What impressed me even more was his honesty. My friend tried to tip him directly, and instead of keeping it for himself, he immediately placed it in the tip jar. It’s rare to see that level of integrity, especially in someone so young and still in training. Tim Hortons is lucky to have such a dedicated and honest team member. Keep up the great work! I wish I would remember his name.
