By far one of the best Tim Hortons I've been to in a long ong time. For the first time in forever that I've seen employees actually communicating and helping each other out to serve customers. The staff seemed well trained, and not one time did i see somebody not helping or doing something, unlike back in Ottawa, where every single staff member and manager at literally ever location I've gone to and go stand there and have no clue or care of whats happening. They're on their phones or having a big old party behind the cpunter while line ups extend out the door.

Came to this Tim Horton on Friday night, Feb 16th, and ordered a turkey bacon sandwich. They initially ran out of the regular bun, so the cashier offered me two small buns instead. However, after paying, I was informed it wasn’t possible, and a lady gave me attitude about having two buns. I opted for a refund due to the unfriendly and terrible service, especially from the two women working that night. If you make a mistake, you should take responsibility for it and not give attitude to the customers.The fact that they threw away the food post-refund indicates a lack of concern for the company and their customers. If they don’t want to work with the company, they shouldn’t be there, as it’s tarnishing Tim Hortons’ reputation.

Very disappointed. Ordered a simple standard Chicken Bacon Club sandwich that I have ordered a hundred times at various Tim's throughout Ontario. When I got to window the girl snottily said to woman who brought her the sandwich "that's a wrap, not a sandwich. I need a sandwich". So I had to wait for the remake. Meanwhile 7 or 8 cars had to wait behind me. When I did get it I put on passenger seat to make speedy exit to speed up the line without checking it. About 5 minutes later I picked it up to eat. You guessed it, it was an ice cold warp not a warm sandwich. I figure was the same first wrap that got left at the window station. Not impressed and the girl at the window was not friendly at all. Maybe having a bad day.

As far as coffee is concerned I am a spoiled Dutchman ?.We visit Canada often and always have our coffee (and sometimes more) at TH.This one is a great example for most of the places we visited.Great coffee and lovely tea for my wife.Very friendly and helpful staff.TH is and will always be our first point of call when in "need" of coffee and more.Wheelchair accessibility: All are very accessible
