My dad and I love going there. It is always clean, with good food. He loves their homemade soups. It is wonderful to have tea in a china cup.

I've loved their Milles Feuilles for 30yrs. They cannot be beat!Their service, however, is best described as flippant. You'll feel honoured & smile gratefully as they finally acknowledge your presence- you'll be nice bc you want that food. They will not be nice. But it's still worth the good food. They do not respond to hello or bonjour from 3feet away. They'll talk to you when they're done talking to each other, or whatever else you've interrupted. 30 years. Over 200 visits. Age 13 to 42. Same great food & Same snotty service.Parking: Difficult.Kid-friendliness: Not.

Amazing place Good service, but the food is fantastic. Ambiance is nice, as there are no brightly lit lights.

Awesome soup - always fresh ingredients and unique home style. Sandwiches are super yummy. Salads are different and great. The baked treats are always a hit. Can't ask for a better

Stopped here for a quick lunch. Dated establishment but the people working there are lovely. Had a chicken curry wrap which was amazing.

On Saturday September 23 we picked up a wedding cake for our son and daughter-in-law's wedding. Monika and her husband couldn't be more gracious and accommodating. They are normally closed on weekends but kept the shop open for us to pick up the cake. They packaged it beautifully for our trip to the wedding venue which was located at the top of a steep hill on the Quebec side. They even put rubber matting under the cake to keep it from slipping during transit. The cake itself was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers. Monika included an extra box of flowers for us to add later. The cake was a delicious two tier, chocolate and vanilla. The icing was a light tasting butter cream... only a little bit sweet....perfection! The guests raved about it. We were hoping to take some home with us but it was all gone by the next day. Thank you Monika for everything. Le Petit Pain will be our go-to place when we pass through Hawkesbury.☺

I mostly come in for the lunch service with Sylvie. She is such a gem, smiles all the time, fast service and is kind with every customer. The establishment is clean, the food, well -- It cant get any fresher. Freshly made daily -- great desserts, over all -- I LOVE IT. If youre in town and want great healthy lunches on weekdays, please come to Le Petit Pain.
