It's not the best of restaurants but for me it's the best fast-food restaurant and by far the Burger King with the best food. For customer service, it's poor. I understand that this is not the dream job and I don’t expect a smile or a red carpet. But please….be even the slightest bit attentive when taking/preparing a customer’s order.
For my part, it's always the same error. We ask for a large fry, we pay for this large fry but we receive a regular one. On my last visit, I ask the cashier to make sure that it is indeed large fries because the last 3 times this was not the case. Today I am going to your restaurant to order 3 trios. Already there were two of them taking my order on the intercom, it’s confusing. Can you guess I'm asking for large fries? Well yes. For drinks I ask them for a diet coke and two iced teas. I like the sprite but not at Burger King. The taste of their sprite is flat, unpleasant and has been for years. I arrive home, surprise!! Three regular fries and to top it off, 3 diet coke instead of two iced tea and a diet coke. Hey la la
I call the restaurant, I express my dissatisfaction to the person I'm talking to and she replies "we'll be polite please! " Ah good! So I would like you to explain to me when in the last 4 sentences I have been rude. She replies "I didn't say you were rude" and adds "you will tell me when I can speak" well I mentioned to her that I will send the message directly to the owner. It's 2025 and I imagine I'll have to get used to this kind of service. Damage!

I stopped by Burger King and was pleasantly surprised! The staff were friendly and efficient, getting my order ready quickly. The Whopper was cooked to perfection, with a juicy patty, crispy lettuce, and creamy mayo. The fries were hot and salty, just the way I like them. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Overall, it was a satisfying meal at a great price. Burger King is a reliable choice for a quick and delicious burger!

The staff are friendly, and the interior although a little older has been taken really good care of.
Would recommend for others passing through town looking for something quick.

It is unfortunate that after going through the drive through having an order of 70$ and then get home and find that your missing a whopper and pieces of chicken nuggets you call to talk to someone about it and no one answers the damn phone or never calls you back. My drive was about 30 min and I didn't drive back to go talk to the person as I was home already! I did go next day with receipt in hand and was ask why I didn't go back right away? Explained I live 30 min away and that I had called and left a message. Was told very rudely that it wasn't her problem and that basically I was lying. Will NOT BE GOING BACK!! They stole from me! This is what I call stealing from the customers at its finest and getting away with it! The woman was rude and obnoxious! Is this how you run a business? No customer service whatsoever! A big fat ZERO as a review! They don't deserve any business! Maybe they should of stayed closed after the fire incident!

I came from Montreal and was in Hawkesbury Ontario about 1 hour and 20 minutes away from my location and realized all I had was my double cappuccino in the morning. But I had a bunch of food coupons for fast food joints stuffed over the passenger side sun visor. I was surprised how many of them were expired including some Burger King ones but some weren't. And after doing my routine of gas fill up an LCBO and bulk Barn and Staples and topping off my gas at $0.28 a liter less than Montreal, I was certainly hungry. The Burger King coupon wasn't expired and I remember there was one of these places just beside Carol's restaurant on the main Street across from that pot store , where I also pick up CDB oil as part of my routine. The place was pretty big and quite empty but clean. I got a perfect spot right in front of the door entrance without a handicap indicator so I was lucky. I appreciate handicap parking for a few reason unfortunately There were only a couple of other people in front of me and I could see people working in the kitchen. The TV mount was now empty with the straps holding nothing while they had apparently upgraded to live cameras and another type of screen. There seems to be one woman running the place cuz she was doing all the work from taking the orders to delivering them to creating them along with other people. She even waved goodbye when I left the store and she put a sticker on this on the door I entered telling people to use the other door which apparently confused a lot of them and they couldn't figure out why they couldn't get in and stared at what she had typed up which was very clear and obvious. She in fact is a dynamic Duo all on her own. Unfortunately I was hungry and for a fast food joint with no other people. Maybe there was a car lineup or something but it took like 15 minutes to get my order and nothing was really quite ready. There wasn't a pile of burgers there as probably smart move because there were no people except for an older couple in front of me who ate their food and left quickly and later a family with a couple of young kids after me. So the service wasn't fast. However, I tried the Wendy's burgers and they weren't any good anymore in Montreal at two different places. Wendy's got bought out along with Tim Hortons by a South American concern and they've changed things back and forth and all over and frankly I don't like anything about them anymore. These burgers were actually almost like a real burger. Of course, it's fast food and they do a lot of stuff that we would all be repulsed of if we knew it was going on. In chemistry or bio biology 101, they study the recipes of McDonald's hamburgers for instance, and it's shocking and appalling. Quite frankly. Articles about how french fries are prepared and heavily sprayed by in McDonald's french fry potato Fields in the Philippines and how the workers won't go near the fields for 3 weeks after it's been sprayed by men and hazmat's suits. Okay so we all know that fast food Is not healthy food but I needed some food and fast. I was hungry and 15 minutes waiting was no good. But this one woman doing almost all the jobs was impressive. She seemed to be lacking English. So she probably came over to work in Hawkesbury Ontario from the Quebec side. Absolutely beautiful bridge between quebeca and Ontario. Montreal has no quality Bridges of that. Superb design and manufacturer and all our bridges disintegrate here in Montreal and Montreal's in Iowa and so we need good bridges and! I finished my burger quietly. Watched everything. It was a mini burger with fries and a beverage that I filled up myself. Although they forgot to give me the cup for the beverage. That was the car order woman gal person who is handing me the stuff of my order without the cup. I did ask for a fork - it was in wood. It wasn't wrapped & she handled it. Not Sanitary. Never open when supposed to be open! Always short staff when I know for a fact people keep applying there! Horrible I do not recommend! It needs to shut down! Point final! I think the owner need to start thinking about retiring cause he clearly can't manage the place any longer
