This Burger King is considerably more expensive than other Eastern Ontario locations. For example my chicken sandwhich was $9.60 after tax and they didnt even coat the breading with the Nashville sauce like they are supposed to. They just squirted the sauce on top. It seems really run down and the drive through was crazy slow but maybe that's because they had multiple employees on break at the same time. Pretty disgusting for people at the drive through to breath in employees cigarette smoke. Unavoidable as the speaker is right there but the restaurant still doesnt care.

No music on so everyone could hear everyone even if you whisper something.
They cant do basic shit there. I asked them to make a brand new chicken original sandwhich cooked longer. What I got was a chicken patties already cooked and not fresh. I like cooked longer because its extra crispy and totally goodness all the way around. My family won't be coming back here again because of the hostile smiles in the back
Guess what I used to work at burger King and I love the menu and want things EXACTLY as I order them and I know what theu taste like. If you dont want to in 40's working at burger King go get another job. I know lots of women who would love this job and treat ppl with respect and a welcoming atmosphere.

Needs to be refreshed
Moved to Hawksbury 5 years ago and vowed to never step foot in this filth pit again! How this place is still open is absalutly beyond. They have a serious insect problem and apparently Health Ontario can't be bothered to reply to complaints.
Opened up my wopper to find a little black bug crawling around! This is where I draw the line.
And if there's anything > can add to this well I'd also say that there's a considerable lack of professionalism.

In disbelieve that not one person behind counter or preparing food were wearing hair nets or hats.. except the cashier he had a hat but still his hair was out the sides of hat....🤦

Employees sitting on counters where food is being preped, no hair nets or gloves around for food prep, ignorant staff and unprofessional,vaping in the kitchen, Employees touch trash and dont wash their hands after and go make food,Employees show up as customers and manage the cash themselves,to place their order and not pay for it! Bathrooms filthy, paper toilet dispensers fly open on you, no hot water to wash your hands after.

It's not the best of restaurants but for me it's the best fast-food restaurant and by far the Burger King with the best food. For customer service, it's poor. I understand that this is not the dream job and I don’t expect a smile or a red carpet. But please….be even the slightest bit attentive when taking/preparing a customer’s order.
For my part, it's always the same error. We ask for a large fry, we pay for this large fry but we receive a regular one. On my last visit, I ask the cashier to make sure that it is indeed large fries because the last 3 times this was not the case. Today I am going to your restaurant to order 3 trios. Already there were two of them taking my order on the intercom, it’s confusing. Can you guess I'm asking for large fries? Well yes. For drinks I ask them for a diet coke and two iced teas. I like the sprite but not at Burger King. The taste of their sprite is flat, unpleasant and has been for years. I arrive home, surprise!! Three regular fries and to top it off, 3 diet coke instead of two iced tea and a diet coke. Hey la la
I call the restaurant, I express my dissatisfaction to the person I'm talking to and she replies "we'll be polite please! " Ah good! So I would like you to explain to me when in the last 4 sentences I have been rude. She replies "I didn't say you were rude" and adds "you will tell me when I can speak" well I mentioned to her that I will send the message directly to the owner. It's 2025 and I imagine I'll have to get used to this kind of service. Damage!

I stopped by Burger King and was pleasantly surprised! The staff were friendly and efficient, getting my order ready quickly. The Whopper was cooked to perfection, with a juicy patty, crispy lettuce, and creamy mayo. The fries were hot and salty, just the way I like them. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Overall, it was a satisfying meal at a great price. Burger King is a reliable choice for a quick and delicious burger!

Service was horrible he only spoke French.
Never going back as a quebecois we speak French in Quebec! English in Ontario! How dare you make this purchase my problem when I was just trying to figure out what the hell I ordered
