Ordered here twice and both experiences were poor. On Jan 21st I placed an online pickup order (paid online) and watched my food and drinks be handed to a woman at the counter with no name, no order number, and no proof of payment being checked. She was later confirmed to be an Uber driver who was given my order by mistake.

The Uber customer was told to bring the food back, which is how the error was discovered. She mentioned that her Uber order was given out in open, unsealed bags, which is concerning, who’s to say the driver doesn’t eat some of the food?

I waited nearly 50 minutes for two burgers and two fries, and during that entire time no one apologized — not once. Instead, a kitchen employee argued with me and said it wasn’t their fault, even though the mix-up was caused by their pickup process.

Mistakes happen, but this location appears disorganized and lacks basic order verification and customer care. I hope they improve their systems going forward.

I will not be returning.

There little girl who claimed to be manager when I asked to be speak to a manager due to her poor attitude and racist behavior. She refused and said she is the manager, then I did not want to shop there and wanted my money back. This angered her and she followed me to my car harassing me, she took a picture of my car and myself. She said she will put it in social media and she will call the cops. But when it is my turn to take a picture of her she ran to the back in hiding. I will not be going back there again due to this women'sbehavior tonight. My money will go where there is better service.

KFC in Hawkesbury is by far the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. From the cost of the tiny portions to the greasy greasy food. And the worst part is the customer service. Tonight January 2nd 2026 I visited kfc in Hawkesbury at 7:30pm. The young gentleman behind the counter did okay communicating but the cook was awful. The first words out of her mouth were terribly rude and she stayed that way. She is an entitled ungrateful child. The staff gives spit in your food vibes like crazy. I did not have a good experience the first time and definitely not this time and it will be my last time going to this kfc location. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KFC!

Just left from the kfc in hawkesbury and very disappointed. Very disrespectful towards customers and to myself. Food is very dry and the wait time is not under 20 minutes. Been here twice and both time just a disappointment!

They have installed automatic teller screens. I will greatly reduce the amount of time I will be going. I don't need more impersonal machines in my life. Customer service is getting to be a disgrace.
At least I got good service once I got thru the screens.

Was told this evening that cash is refused from now on and can only place order through kiosk machine only. Cash should never be refused as it's legal tender and KFC just lost a loyal customer from this. November 21st at 6pm

ordered via uber eats while restaurant was open and 2 delivery drivers came to pick up the order. they said there were people inside who were visibly IGNORING them and not even making the order even though KFC accepted the uber order. this service is BEYOND RUDE and unwelcoming and probably explains the 3.7 star rating at this restaurant.

I just want to appreciate Melanie for the awesome job she did to accommodate all 8 families in one single sitting she maintained her calm and navigated through the Business while other customers were coming with charisma. I definitely can say she was doing a 4 person job. Great job Melanie I appreciate your patience and your customer service.

Went in tonight (June 21st 2025) and the restaurant was dirty, cashier clearly has no skill in customer service and parking lot is full of holes. The chicken was greasy and popcorn chicken was cooked but not golden brown. On my way home realized i was missing my large fries. I called to let them know, the one who answered the phone was rude and she hung up on me ( third time this happens only when the 2 sisters are working together) Went back, no apologies from neither one of them. I will be calling the manager to file a complaint against them.

Fast service. Consistent KFC experience. They do ask for tip on debit/credit machine so that is the lowest score on atmosphere alongside a horrible parking lot that needs repair.
