This score is based entirely off of the poor customer service I received this morning. I understand where this Tim Hortons is located so lots of people speak French. I do not, but my son does who was sitting beside me when I received my drink. I placed my order around 6am and the guy had trouble understanding me at first, but everything worked out. No problem. I drive up and pay. As the window closes the guy that took my order made an unnecessary comment about me in French assuming I wouldn’t understand what he said. My son did and told me this guy was extremely rude and explained what he said. Not going back to this location. If the owner of this location reads this and wants more details of the individual who took my order and my money, let me know.

Thanks to the generic reply from the owner. The link provided just takes me to a general customer service section of their website. I’m not getting the impression that the owner wants to actually improve the customer experience. Thanks again, I will look for a Tim Hortons that doesn’t hold it against me that I speak English.

You have the best stuff ever seen at any Tim Hortons in Canada. Especially Rajinder she was very welcoming and friendly in nature and her customer service was really great. Keep it up!

The worker Jude/Judy was afraid to cook my bagel properly. She was the only one who didn’t want to make it crispy like I asked, so I had to buy a half-cooked bagel.

I asked for a refund right away because I have the right to eat my bagel the way I want, not how she decides.

She even threw two bagels in the garbage. Anyway, it’s not me wasting my money, it’s the company!

This whole experience was really annoying.

Very slow service. Assuming new staff as the manager kept having to correct all the work they were doing. Flies everywhere in the restaurant which made me want to avoid all the food and donuts. Will stop at another location going forward.

I used to enjoy having my coffee at this Tim Hortons — it was a nice spot to relax and chat. But over time, I became disappointed with the inconsistency in service. My husband would simply ask how long ago the coffee was brewed — as their own sign says, the coffee should be fresh every 30 minutes. Some employees were honest and gave me the exact time, while others said they weren’t sure. In those cases, he would politely ask for a fresh coffee, and usually, it wasn’t a problem.

But one day, the manager stepped in, clearly annoyed by my perfectly reasonable request. She even went so far as to threaten to ban my husband from all Tim Hortons locations, claiming she manages several of them. After that, the atmosphere changed, and I hardly go there anymore.

It’s disappointing that a customer can’t even ask for fresh coffee — something the store itself promises — without being treated like a problem. It’s really not a big ask, especially for a coffee that costs just a few dollars. A shame, honestly.

Never going back ever it's been twice in the last 4 days that they forget bacon in my cream cheese baguel worse part is i didn't even get an apology and they can never get the ice coffee right they consistently mess it up i go there twice a day and when they do add bacon it looks like the attached picture the wait is unbelievable especially when the person in front of you in the drive thru orders a pizza you got there for one coffee and end up waiting 15 minutes, never again and that's Tim's everywhere not just in hawkesbury

Service was great, coffee and food was usual. But they only get one star for Kleenex style toilet paper dispenser. How the heck do you only use a tissue paper to wipe your butt????? Get regular toilet paper and I would give this 4 stars

Medium double double tasted more like a 3 cream 1 sugar. Not sure as the lid wasn't marked and that's the easiest part of the job to do. Perhaps machines need calibration. Otherwise lovely restaurant and workers.

I'm a daily customer but this place is GROSS. The person that make my food was cleaning the counter with the globes on and then she without changing globes started to prepare the food. Is unbelievable. If is not that is grabbing their hair, touching their faces pulling in cloths . ABSOLUTELY GROSS. And is not just this location. Mostly all of them . 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢

Vegetarian options: I Gave order from drive-through. One small French vanilla, and one herb and garlic bagel so when I ask that person I have a offer for icecaps then can I take a hot coffee instead of that or not and she told me yes you can but when I went to for paying that time that lady told me no you can’t take it

and even the they did not spread a cream cheese evenly like if you can see half portion of bagel is plain

Really very dirty unsanitary no toilet paper in the toilets and trash bags at the entrance no choice extremely dirty full of feces in the toilets and pee and the employees know about it and don't care
