The staff is always friendly and make you feel like your at home.
Tim's has really worked on their menu. Their slow roasted chicken wrap is awesome. My challenge is in the pricing. I asked for a chicken wrap, only. She tells me 10 dollars. MMM I guess better means more expensive. But where are these additional profits from price increases going to. Someone on top of the food chain must be doing real good.

Today on august 17 at 4.40 pm I came in drive through and ordered 12 grain bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese , cream cheese was also not even. I go work and see bagel was completely burned not just little . Whoever made bagel did knew it was burned and still gave it to me. I am regular customer this never happened before.

STAFF NEEDS TO BE FIRED AND REHIRE MORE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE... food is good! But the staff are very unprofessional there was 4-5 teens working one night all hanging out at the drive threw window and they had the window wide open saying cuss words... very unprofessional.. this other lady I called one night cus I had a question regarding the new Tim's pizzas (real thing) and SHE HUNG UP ON ME AND EACH TIME I CALLED BACK SHE WOULD HANG UP! Again very unprofessional place is clean! I just wish the manager would be strict with the employees they are there to work NOT PLAY AROUND DURING A RUSH SWEARING.. very disappointed
