Worst location ever. Online it shows that it is open until 10 pm but they closed at 9:30pm. No where to eat now. We tried at drive thru as well . They said no drinks or food available. After that also, they were servinh through drive thruWorst location .

Very bad service we waited there for 30 minutes for our food only three girls are working one white and two browns rest of staff just standing over there free. This is not happening first time.

Asked for a sausage breakfast sandwich, on a croissant... cashier wad so preoccupied to tell me she only had cheese croissants and tried to sneak an egg only onto the order... they charged 30 cents for mayonnaise...When I got it ( finally, abput 10 minutes to make it and an empty line ) it is badly burned, and she comes up with a story that all Tim hortons grills their breakfast sandwiches in the paninni grill...This is burned garbage, and the croissant is burned...I hope this location goes bankrupt soon so the management can be replaced with someone who is willing to train staff and maintain standards... I know the owners think it's funny to treat people in Hearst badly, but this is too much... I'll make my coffee at home if there's no advantage to come here...

I thought that the McDonald’s in Hearst was slow, then along came Tim Hortons to prove me wrong. Slowest service I’ve ever had at a Tims. 20 minutes for a sandwich, that’s 20 minutes longer on my 12 hour drive. Horrible service, and disorganized behind the counter. One order was wrong, the others poorly made.Edit: I talked to Tim Horton's customer service about the experience. "Yeah, that's too bad. Sorry." Would have been nice to have more than a sorry.

Its Tim hortons. What can I say. It's slow pour quality. And they keep jacking up the price. Very rarely do I get coffee from there anymore unless I have no other choice.
