Dan and staff went above a beyond for my wedding. They were fully booked but Dan managed to fit my party of 40 in and dropped off the food in hot boxes. Worked great and the food was delicious. Everyone couldn’t get enough of the ribs and chicken we ordered. My niece claimed that the Mac and cheese was the best she’s ever had! Everything we ordered was top quality and delivery was right on time! Thanks to Dan and his staff the meal at our wedding was perfect and everyone still raves about it weeks later! If you’re thinking of catering Pineridge won’t disappoint! The meal we ordered was chicken and ribs, potato salad, Mac and cheese, tasty beans, coleslaw and buns! Thinking we might have to order Christmas dinner from Pineridge! Thank you again for wonderful meal!

I attended an event that was catered by Pineridge BBQ. The Staff was all very knowledgeable and professional. The food was amazing, prime rib, chicken and ribs were beyond tender, full of flavor and perfectly juicy. Side dishes were also all on point. Their equipment was perfectly clean and spotless. From the moment I contacted them, their professionalism and attention to detail were evident. The team was incredibly accommodating and worked with me to create a menu that suited everyone's tastes and dietary needs.

The food was absolutely phenomenal. The BBQ was perfectly smoked, tender, and full of flavour. The sides were just as impressive – everything from the scalp potatoes to the salads was delicious and freshly made. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the meal!

The setup and service were seamless. The staff was friendly, punctual, and ensured everything was in place before the event started. They took care of everything, allowing us to relax and enjoy the event without any worries.

Pineridge BBQ was perfect solution for entertaining on Friday night at the cottage. A delicious gourmet meal for 12, no after work panic and was able to sit down and enjoy sunset with our guests - pork loin, chicken breast, fingerling potatos and green beans (that the kids even ate) - thanks!

They offered suggestions on the menu and worked tirelessly to ensure the dinner would be perfect. The food was delivered exactly on time by Dan himself. Dan helped us set up to ensure everything was as we requested. Guests raved about the chicken, pulled pork, baked beans and salads.I highly recommend Pineridge BBQ!

We had Pineridge cater our wedding on September 8th 2023 and we cannot say enough great things about Dan and his rockstar team! From our first email conversation requesting a quote to the end of the night at our wedding, Pineridge customer service was unmatched. They replied to emails and phone calls quickly, met with us multiple times to go over the menu and do tastings, they accommodated many changes and specific requests, they helped at our venue during and after dinner which really helped everything go smoothly! The team really went above and beyond all our expectations and we could not be happier! All of that, plus amazing food! We had chicken, ribs, mac and cheese (literally the best we've ever had, it was the talk of the wedding!), roast potatoes and veggies, caesar salad and strawberry goat cheese salads, as well as a beautiful charcuterie table that could have fed twice the people it was laid out for. Everyone was raving about the food, many saying the best food they have ever had at a wedding! It's not often you get 5 star quality food and 5 star service at such a great price but Pineridge truly is the whole package, 10/10 would recommend for any event.
