Pineridge BBQ catered our sons wedding rehearsal dinner. Right from the start I knew we had made the right choice. Dan and Kara were great to work with. They offered suggestions on the menu and worked tirelessly to ensure the dinner would be perfect. The food was delivered exactly on time by Dan himself. Dan helped us set up to ensure everything was as we requested. Guests raved about the chicken, pulled pork, baked beans and salads.I highly recommend Pineridge BBQ!

We had Pineridge cater our wedding on September 8th 2023 and we cannot say enough great things about Dan and his rockstar team! From our first email conversation requesting a quote to the end of the night at our wedding, Pineridge customer service was unmatched. They replied to emails and phone calls quickly, met with us multiple times to go over the menu and do tastings, they accommodated many changes and specific requests, they helped at our venue during and after dinner which really helped everything go smoothly! The team really went above and beyond all our expectations and we could not be happier!
All of that, plus amazing food! We had chicken, ribs, mac and cheese (literally the best we've ever had, it was the talk of the wedding!), roast potatoes and veggies, caesar salad and strawberry goat cheese salads, as well as a beautiful charcuterie table that could have fed twice the people it was laid out for. Everyone was raving about the food, many saying the best food they have ever had at a wedding! It's not often you get 5 star quality food and 5 star service at such a great price but Pineridge truly is the whole package, 10/10 would recommend for any event.

We stopped into the retail outlet on our way to our cottage and picked up two 1/2 bbq'd chickens for supper. They were excellent. Made for an easy supper along with some fresh corn and salad we picked up at a farm market.

Choose Pineridge BBQ due to time constraints and budget for My Wedding, my expectations, was basically good enough to feed everyone, keep within my budget and call it a day, nope not even close, Dan and his staff were awesome, helping me out with the menu working with my budget, and when the day finally came shot it out of the park, saying the BBQ chicken was next level is an understatement, the potatos and veggies were perfectly seasoned. i've been to high end weddings with those 5 course means with the underwelming meat of sorts nearly bakes potatoes and typically overcooked veggies, not even close the chick was juicy perfectly cooked, potatoes roasted to perfection the veggies had the right crunch. we brought takeout containers because we figured there would be some left, many people took those. compliments from everyone at the wedding. highly recommended.
