We were just beginning a road trip and popped into our local Tims for snacks a nd coffee. Everyone was so pleasant helpful and the food was ready so quickly. This is our favourite Tims!!

True Thornicroft

Waited for order to be taken, just for the worker to go to the other register and take the next person. Then walked away again. Got 10 assorted timbits, no plain. It was half sour cream and half plain. Whip cream in my iced capp, I did not ask for that. Just overall bad service, experience, and drinks.

Tim's is not what is used to be.
Very high prices, and trying to pass themselves off as gourmet, which they are not. I liked them much better when they were just a coffee and donut shop. Tim's used to be the first stop when I left the house, but now I rarely go there. Maybe once a month, maybe less. Only in a pinch.
